Excellent service throughout
The booking process was easy. We had a blocked drain outside which resulted in the toilet not flushing away properly and unpleasant effluent overflowing from the drain onto the path outside our back door. An engineer, Ben, visited the day after our call and using specialist equipment quickly found the cause, unblocked the drain and thoroughly cleaned the area. He went the ‘extra mile’ and checked all the feeds into the drain and at the front of the house before he left giving us peace of mind for the future. Top class service and well worth the cover.

From first contact on phone speaking to someone who new what they were talking about, very helpful and reassuring. Staff arrived on time, told us what they were going to do to solve the problem, promply started work and kept us informed throughout, completed the work with no hassle and let site clean and tidy.

Cistern - faulty diaphram
The plumber called on the 1st March and said my cistern needed a new diaphram. He couldn't source one locally so a new one was ordered. He called later that week but it was the wrong size. I told him I was away from 9th - 20th March. I have heard nothing since and my cistern remains dismantled. He has my mobile number so I can be contacted at any time wherever I am.
