We had a blocked drain outside which resulted in the toilet not flushing away properly and unpleasant effluent overflowing from the drain onto the path outside our back door. An engineer, Ben, visited the day after our call and using specialist equipment quickly found the cause, unblocked the drain and thoroughly cleaned the area. He went the ‘extra mile’ and checked all the feeds into the drain and at the front of the house before he left giving us peace of mind for the future. Top class service and well worth the cover.

Such an easy way to buy clothes online. it's well worth the money to get free delivery. The items I ordered came very quickly and are as ordered.

I visited with my wife and Granddaughter to return some walking boots that were faulty. One of the eyelets had broken. The staff didn’t quibble at all about the refund and asked if I wanted to choose some replacements. The sales assistant that dealt with me was very helpful, offering advice and even engaging with my 5 year old Granddaughter who was being rather ‘challenging’ at the time! Nothing was too much trouble. Altogether a very positive experience.

Some of the boxes the products came in were damaged but the items inside were well-protected and intact. If the boxes hadn't been damaged I'd have given 5 stars
