Engineer, Mitch Howarth, came within the hour of phone call and then back today to replace the pressure valve.
Impressed with Corgi support

We were contacted at the correct time to remind us that our boiler was due for a service. It was very easy to book an appointment and the job was carried out.

Called and came on time
Very efficient and solved my problem

I found the experience easy to report, an engineer was sent out the same day.
The engineer was very friendly and helpful so was the lady whom took my call.

I rang corgi to ask for a service on my boiler. They gave me a date. The engineer came today right on time

Repair was requested by email and engineer phoned me within one hour and came the same day to completely restore our boiler, during his call I telephoned Corgi office regarding a part required and she too was most helpful. Norman.

No problem at all called me before arrival so ready

Neil the engineer arrived promptly and very quickly diagnosed the fault. He had the appropriate replacement part on his van and soon had the system back up and running properly.

The engineer knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly and polite

After finding what we thought was a leak on a radiator but was actually a leak on the boiler,we were left fir over 4 days without heating or hot water being in our 80’s we don’t think it was good enough especially the amount of money we pay each month.
Engineer called 7.30 pm on a Friday after our initial call on the Thursday. Engineer said he would try and get the part and do his best to get it don3 by Sunday or Monday.
By 2,30 on the Monday we hadn’t hear a thing,another call was made,to which we were kept on hold by the operator while he got in touch with the engineer. We were told he would call between 4pm and 8 pm,which never happened.
Tuesday came and by 11am another call to the customer service centre which were put on hold again then was told the engineer would be with us between 1pm and 4pm.
Which did happen was was repaired. The engineer never got a call from the call centre the day before so someone was telling lies

The booking service is quick and easy. A plumber arrived on time the next day and did an excellent job.

Olivier did a great job

John was a very experienced engineer and was able to help me with understanding my boiler.
He was in touch all the time - very pleasant person to deal with.

When i phoned up about my boiler not working the gas fitter was out with in 24 hours to med it witch was very good he made a very good job he was clean an tidy

The young man came into our house smiling like he really enjoyed his work.
He spoke to us like he new us, friendly. That is what you want when people enter tour home.
