Haven't had the need to use the service yet. However the offer wa good and applying for the cover was easy.

I am not happy with the information on delivery. It would be very helpful to know about time and date of delivery at least one day before deilvery so that arrangements can be be made to receive or be present at time of delivery.

Service, quality and promptness of delivery

There was a slight delay but money reached destination in good time.
