Excellent service as always. Plumber who came sorted the problem very quickly was polite and efficient. It was not an emergency call out so appointment was one week later. BUT we have had emergency call outs in the past and they have arrived very quickly. Bit disconcerting having AI customer services but can't fault it it works!!!

Hayden our engineer arrived nice and early! Got to work straight away his knowledge of the oven was outstanding and he had it all fixed in 1 hour. Excellent job

Used the car seat last weekend for the 1st time . Excellent car seat easy to fit and get our grandaughter in. She loved the pictures on the fabric!!

Starting to worry about the houses that are prizes as a few of them have been in the press recently. The latest in Scotland has been offered in the middle of nowhere!! When you started this competition the houses were in places that people would like to live close to habitation.
