Initially very good

Initially very easy to book appointment online. However plumber cancelled less than an hour before he was due (left a phone nessage to say he'd come 'tomorrow' .which was Saturday & impossible. No negotiation). I had to contact the help desk and raise an emergency call (it was a blocked loo). The customer service responded well & somebody did come out eventually, but I had to chase it. Stressful.

This is a really useful app for anyone…

This is a really useful app for anyone overseas who needs a UK mobile number. I needed it to organise my Father-in-Law's medical care from overseas. I was able to receive calls and texts from hospitals, doctors, social care etc ... such organisations cannot always telephone non UK numbers. There are also no huge bills...just a fixed price! Made my life a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend Devyce: quick to respond to any queries, great value and excellent service. Thank you

I had a very quick turn around as I needed to buy a UK registered car quickly. The service I received was excellent and I was able to drive my lovely new (to me) car away in three days. They even helped me purchase my Crit Air sticker for driving through French low emission zones! Would highly recommend their service.

Next day delivery..

Next day delivery... didn't happen. Ordered Minday evening and still not here on Thursday.

Difficult ordering from France for UK delivery

For some reason it was really difficult to order from France for UK delivery. Everything kept reverting to Euros & I wanted to pay in Sterling. Eventually found the appropriate button to press... right at the bottom of the page. Would have been better at the top so you could find it straight away instead if scrolling right to the bottom...even then it wasn't that obvious.

A very prompt service

A very prompt service. Had ordered something for my Father-in-Law for Father's day frmo John Lewis, which was originally delivered by DHL.... to the completely wrong address : not even in the same village. We never got it back and, up to now, no recompense. Reordered through John Lewis and another was delivered extremely promptly, next day delivery, by a courteous and polite DPD driver (my Father-in-Law's words) just in time for Father's Day. Thank you...he's very happy with his hamper!

I have used Drinkfinder a number of times now and they never fail to deliver promptly. Service is excellent, goods come well packaged without being wasteful and prices are competitive. I have also visited the shop in Constantine - what a gem! Would highly recommend.
