Initially very good
Initially very easy to book appointment online. However plumber cancelled less than an hour before he was due (left a phone nessage to say he'd come 'tomorrow' .which was Saturday & impossible. No negotiation). I had to contact the help desk and raise an emergency call (it was a blocked loo). The customer service responded well & somebody did come out eventually, but I had to chase it. Stressful.
