I called your company this morning to ask to open an account with you. The lady on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. After my telling her what I was interested in, she asked me some questions that were aimed at our health and mobility. I felt that I was getting a service that Birtish Gas never offered (I have been with them for many years, since 1978 I believe). An account was set up for me with every thing clerly explained. All my questions were answered. I would like to thank the lady for her courtious and professional manner. Thanks to her I look forward for working with your company for many years. CB

I've just had my boiler's annual service for 2026 with YourRepair. This year the service engineer, whose name is E. Ntalipi, was truly excellent and very thorough and also explained everything he was doing. His work would be well deserving of 5stars. However I have only given YourRepair 4stars overall as 2025's "service" left quite a bit to be desired... not at all as good as Mr Ntalipi's work.

Our Annual service was due , and Alan Brown who has completed this for us previously , completed this one with total efficiency on the day. He also dealt with acquiring a new thermostat as our current one was defunct.

Arrived on time and serviced the boiler. No problems

So far I’ve been refused service on my boiler as I am a new customer which I can understand. But gotta wait 2 weeks to cover my boiler and get service while it’s leaking . Whole point of getting insurance was to have help and now gotta wait 2 week while my boiler leaks

We arranged with the engineer to service our boiler 3 weeks in advance. We were offered am or pm and chose pm which was 12 to 5pm. I received an email the day before to remind me, the engineer texted on the day giving 20 minutes notice of his arrival. He was very efficient and thorough, gave me some advice and left the boiler area clean and tidy. Excellent service.

The engineer was on time well presented for working polite and spoke in understandable English.Job done.

After reporting my boiler issues , I was sent someone in less than 2,hrs. He was very friendly professional and taught me a few things to observe about my boiler . I rate this 11/10

RS Gas Heating Services Ltd visited my home to service my boiler as part of my Policy with Your Repair. The engineer was friendly and very efficient.

I had a really positive experience. Sathaniel was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I fully understood each step. Their approach was supportive and professional throughout, and they created a comfortable environment to ask questions. Overall, they were excellent and I would highly recommend them.

It usually takes a week for Repair to come out to repair the eg washer or dishwasher.

The gas engineer arrived on time and finish the job efficiently.

I was having a problem getting my boiler serviced by the person who had been given the job by YourRepair so I contacted YourRepair and told them about it and the next day another engineer turned up and serviced my boiler, great service.

The engineer was polite and very professional.
