The engineer was polite and friendly and completed the job quickly.(unblocking toilet).

Homeserve recently replaced the flushing mechanism on our downstairs toilet.Three weeks later the mechanism broke and we have had to call them out again (incurring a further £30 charge which I hope will be refunded).
The same thing happened last year when we called them out to repair our upstairs toilet.
