However the booking of the claim was not a good experience the automated system did not meet expectations until i finally got to an operator who was very helpful. This was the reason for 4 stars ILO 5

I purchased a complete Alexander Rose patio set a few years ago and it has served us exceptionally well, we recently added a small patio to our garden and decided to revisit Regatta and see what was on offer and met Claire at the showroom on the A127 she was extremely helpful with our selection at the end of last season. at the beginning of this season we re-contacted Claire and she processed our order for an Alexander Rose small table and four chairs it arrived exactly on time and the quality is superb and is now complimenting the new patio the delivery man was equally helpful in placing the furniture in our back garden. Many thanks to all involved and I would not hesitate to recommend Regatta to friends and family.
