Cistern - faulty diaphram

The plumber called on the 1st March and said my cistern needed a new diaphram. He couldn't source one locally so a new one was ordered. He called later that week but it was the wrong size. I told him I was away from 9th - 20th March. I have heard nothing since and my cistern remains dismantled. He has my mobile number so I can be contacted at any time wherever I am.
