My Wife is disabled and we need to keep our house properly heated which is why we signed up for the Fox system so that we are automatically supplied with heating oil as we need it. Last week I noticed that the fuel was really low on our gauge in the kitchen and I asked NWF was there a problem. The lady checked our system which hadn't registered we needed fuel and was faulty, She immediately ordered fuel which would be delivered within seven working days, however, the next day it became very apparent that we were in grave danger of running out before then. I phone NFW Fuels and a young lady named Elena Melo immediately realised we had a serious problem and sorted out a next day delivery. My Wife and I can't thank this young lady enough, she phoned us two or three times to reassure us that the delivery was confirmed. Elena Melo is a fantastic ambassador for NWF Fuels, she really went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Elena and NWF Fuels.

On Friday 10th of January as a 73 year old I had my first ever road accident, on a narrow lane in the snow my stationary car was struck by a tractor and trailer as it attempted to pass me, I was mortified. The tractor driver was mortified too and gave me his employer contact details and they in turn gave me their insurance details. The very next day I was contacted by Enterprise Car Hire, told to bring my car to them, I was given a hire car until my car was repaired. I can't thank everyone who was involved enough, they turned a disaster for me into a very smooth and pain free experience. A huge thank you to everyone involved, just goes to show there are some very nice people in this world.
