Parcel delivered on time and in tact

Parcel delivered on time and in tact! Deliverer was polite and even apologised for it being early for a Sunday morning! Unusually I was dressed and ready for the day 🤣

Not good

Ordered a steel door 20th November. Nothing has arrived, completely wash their hands of your order once it’s allegedly been picked up by the courier. £400+ spent, contractor has had to move into the next job, meanwhile we’ve a gaping hole where the door should

10/12/2023 - still waiting. Zero correspondence, this is their company TIW FULFILMENT LTD if you want to make a consumer rights acts complaint.

Absolutely love my boiling water tap combo!! Couldn't be happier. Looks great, works like a dream! Hot drink whenever you want, tasty filtered cold water whenever you want. It also looks really classy!!

Parcel has been marked as delivered but the customer hasn't received their order. Appreciate that this isn't directly linked to Parcel2go, but if you use companies that don't deliver to the correct address and the parcel cannot be located, you need to ditch them. YODEL

Even Argos can't get you to answer the phone. I NEED YOU TO VERBALLY AUTHORISE TO ARGOS THAT THEY CAN PICK THE BROKEN WASHING MACHINE UP AND REFUND ME. I AM MOVING HOUSE IN 2 WEEKS TIME AND I WILL LEAVE THIS MACHINE ON THE PAVEMENT AND YOU WILL LIABLE. Engineer was great

Engineer was great, the drier itself has gone wrong several times since I bought it. It’s 3 years old ish. It’s great it can be repaired but not great that it persistently needs repairing. If I hadn’t taken out D&G insurance, I’d be severely out of pocket so not too impressed with the product’s reliability.

Still nothing from HC

Still nothing from HC. Have emailed the email address I was told to, didn't want to phone and get caught on endless hold again. Only response I ever get is when I write something on Trust Pilot. You told me in VM that you would authorise a refund and collect the faulty machine. That was 10 days ago. When are you going to sort this out?

Still nothing from Hoover Candy

Still nothing from Hoover Candy, despite being told by this review page last week that the parts were in. Not a word from customer services or the that book engineers out. I have a large family and have had no washing machine for 1 month now. It was only 4 months old when it failed. I have had no choice but to go and buy another machine. Please will you now arrange to authorise Argos to refund me, Having spoken with them, as the retailer, they have told me that they are unable to authorise a replacement or refund because an engineer has been out. Do the right thing HC

Substandard product and after sales

My washing machine, of just 4 months, decided to spontaneously dance around my utility room, develop a huge bulge in the casing and deposit concrete, 3 weeks ago. After spending hours of my life on hold, I eventually speak to someone who sent an engineer out. Says he can repair it. I don't want it repaired, it's substandard, but appear to have no choice. That was 2 weeks ago. Radio silence until today. Parts are out of stock. They hope to have an update in the next 7 days. This is not information nor helpful for me. I have 2 weeks worth of heavy item washing, for 7 adults, built up.I've managed to borrow neighbours machines for some of the lighter objects, but this is getting embarrassing and stressful now. I am at a loss to know what to do other than go and buy another machine. Or perhaps Hoover Candy would like to do the right thing and replace my substandard damaged machine. Please let me know my options as I cannot waste anymore of my time waiting for someone to answer my call.
