After finally receiving my order and opening a few seed packets, I found there were only 3–4 seeds instead of the advertised amount of 5, the other quantities are wrong too! Yes, the seeds are cheap, but the poor service and underfilled packets make it not worth the hassle at all. I’d much rather pay a bit more and be treated like a proper customer. I wouldn’t recommend this shop — save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere

My order wasn’t placed over Christmas period as you said, but on the 6th of January, I can understand any type of delay as long as you keep your customers informed. As for miscounted seeds, maybe your machine needs a proper calibration

After reading the reviews on here I didn't expect to get my seeds for weeks if at all. However, just a week later they arrived. I ordered quite a few, one was missing and one was doubled up, and I got some bonus beetroot seeds as well. Happy enough with my experience.
I have ordered twice from seedmegastore and I'm very happy with the seeds. Germination rate is very good and offcourse the price is incredible. Delivery took a while, but nothing to complain about.

Edit: 2nd order I was sent the wrong packet of beetroot and 100 seeds instead of 1,000 for another item. 8 days later and no reply to my email asking them to rectify my order.
Got most of what I need to plant an allotment at 29p per packet, they don’t come with growing instructions but most have germinates and plants look as healthy as those from big brands. Did have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery but for those on a tight budget it’s well worth it. Perfect for those who are familiar with sowing or easy enough to find instructions online
Seeds ordered. They were supposed to be sent on Saturday, that's what they wrote in the message sent 7 days after the order. After next 7 days , no response. You can buy seeds, but it's a lottery whether you'll get them or not. Waste of time.

Just want to put a different perspective on some of the recent negative reviews based on my own experience. Yes, the seeds took longer to arrive than I hoped for - the website FAQ's state next day delivery, but the front page does advise 7-14 working days. After 15 working days I contacted them as had heard nothing, and they were dispatched by 24 hour royal mail tracked delivery and arrived the next day.
Don't order if you need them quickly, but they were cheaper than anywhere else I could find, and did arrive (i.e. Not a scam)
Spring planting seeds took one month to arrive rendering them useless as I had missed the planting window.
When I contacted them they simply said 'sorry'.
I ordered £20 of seeds on 18th Feb, 10th March order was changed to awaiting dispatch. I emailed on 24th March to say I’ve not received anything and got a reply to say they’d be sent that evening. It’s now 6th April and I’ve still not heard back and not received any seeds. I’ve used them before a few times and they’ve been excellent but this time it’s been so so poor.
Update - order was cancelled on 7th April with no reason. Awaiting the refund
Seeds I ordered never arrived after a waiting for a month. Couldn't get a refund. No tracking information or correspondence sent whatsoever. To avoid disappointment, do not order anything from this company.

Would gov zero stars! Ordered placed order, chased two weeks later to which I was told my order would be posted by end of the week. Following week still no order… over 3 weeks and nothing but lies. Demanded a refund. Wasted precious time that the seeds needed sowing. DO NOT USE, never come across a company so terrible
Unfortunately my experience has been very similar to other reviews I have read about this company. My order was placed at the beginning of March and had to contact them for an update. The first response was very prompt and confirmed my order would be dispatched within a couple of days. This was not the case and repeated messages from me have gone unanswered. Don’t waste your valuable time with this company.
The communication with this company is quite poor. They could not fulfill my order within the 14 days as stated. When I contacted them they told me that they would send it out at the weekend and still nothing and no communication. I had to contact them and ask to be refunded in the end but it waisted my time. I wouldn't bother to buy from with this company as they cannot fulfill orders.

I ordered seeds from this company on 2nd. February - their order status page shows the order as still awaiting shipment. I have sent three messages over the last month and each time I was told the seeds were about to be dispatched. The last one of these gave a Royal Mail tracking number - but this was not recognised on the Royal Mail system.
In my latest two messages, I have asked for the order to be cancelled and the amount of the total order refunded. The company has not even attempted to respond to these emails.
The net result is that I am out of pocket and I have received no goods whatsover.
The next stage is to contact my financial card supplier, report this transaction as a fraud and ask they seek repayment on my behalf.
If this fails, I will be taking out a county court judgement against this company to obtain repayment and costs for having to do so.
I can only give a one star review - if I was allowed to, I would give them zero.
If you look at the statistics on this page you will see that this company has only ever responded to 7% of negative reviews. Compare this to companies such as "Justseed" - they have responded to 100% of negative reviews within 24 hours. I suspect these positive reviews are not what they claim to be - there are so few of them - whereas the majority of reviews are extremely negative.
My personal recommedation is to avoid this company. I do not know what their issues are - I don't know what their business model is - either way, their ability to take payments from anybody should be suspended. I advise you not part with your money - you will regret doing so.
(Further to writing this note I have carried out research about this company via the UK Government website. In contrast to the company name, the company filings show that this business is operated by one person - the company director - from a house in Nuneaton. The company has made "micro entity accounts" filings in three recent years - which state that the company has zero employees, and turnover and assets that wouldn't even pay an pensioner's annual salary. I advise you to go look up these statistics for yourself. However their product is sourced and packaged - which I don't want to conjecture on here - the person running this "company" is not making much money at all. At best, it is a "hobby" or maybe they are using the limited company status to somehow offset "revenue costs" from elsewhere. So I do now accept why the communication with this one single individual is so poor).
Further information - I have edited this entry as recommeded by Trustpilot following a claim of defamation by the owner of Seedmegastore. Thank you, Trustpilot for your advice.
Subsequent to all of the above, I have now received an email from Seedmegastore suggesting that my money will be refunded. This has not yet happened, and I promise I will adjust this entry once it has been.
Update: 12/2/2025 Refund received. Thank you. This ends my interest and any dealings with this company.
No attention to detail. Made an error and made no attempt to correct their mistakes, after around 6-8 emails just go ignored.
Made an order the 23rd of Jan. Had to chase for the order to be dispatched. Got most of the order but a wrong item. Which was supposed to be corrected... radio silence since. Writing this review on the 8th of March.

Ordered 5 packets of seeds on 14/2/25. Received no shipping info. When I enquired I was told they would ship last Thursday to Saturday. Still not received them but received confirmation they had shipped today.
Ordered the same seeds from 'Just Seeds' and they were delivered withing 3 days. I won't bother ordering from Seeds Megastore again!
