Advise no dealings with this company.

I ordered seeds, which did not arrive.

I put in a duplicate order and used the contact form to say I had had no delivery but was reordering quickly because i needed the seeds. I got no reply to that message.

The second order did not arrive either. I used the contact form several times to complain about this but got no meaningful replies and eventually they simply ignored me.

Rotten customer service. No way to contact them by phone.

I contested the transactions with my credit card company and got my payments refunded

We ordered a bunch of seeds but we haven't heard anything from them in two weeks. They won't reply to any emails or calls either! Avoid them!

VERY LIKELY FRAUD !!!!
This company does not seem to exist!!!
Checked on the UK Government Company Search website; they are not there!
Checked address on Google Maps; they are not there either!!!

2 days after paying for my order recieved email asking me to complete my purchsse by paying again after contacting them sorted out quickly but should not happen

Garlic sets delivered were mouldy and un-useable. Ignored all attempts to contact them.

Unusable for me as use DHL to deliver who seem to have a long-standing and widespread issue with deliveries in rural Lincolnshire

They were good enough to repost via Royal Mail after a number of failed deliveries.

Shame they dont use a better postage company or i would probably order more, but found comms to be good and problem which was down to DHL not them was solved

Don’t like leaving poor reviews but they haven't bothered to reply to their website contact form.
Toughball onion seeds, use by year end 2028 (treated seeds that presumably are supposed to stay viable longer?), planted 96 seeds in two trays, all planted at the same time, the same compost and kept together in the same environment/temperatures. 21 growing well and now at the two leaf stage, no sign of any of the other 75. Will not be buying anything from Simplyseeds again.

Each year I get a problem with some of the seeds - this year the mini pop corn was full size and the Candy Stripe Cosmos was not Candy Stripe probably Sonata.

I have a problem with my orders, and I have emailed the Company several times. I receive an auto response each time advising someone will shortly be in touch. THEN NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER.
The only method of contacting them is through an on-line form. NO PHONE NUMBER!!!!!
Customer service would appear to be non-existant, which means I would not recommend dealing with this Company.

I brought tomato seeds in January the seed order was for beef ,and big mama. and what has grown is cherry tomato,s a whole season gone to waste.
Also the sweet peas did not germinate.
I will NOT be ordering again.

Bought several packs of seeds and none of them have produced what I expected. Rudbeckia seeds did germinate, but all failed to grow on beyond a tiny seedling. Passandra cucumbers growing way too big (they are supposed to be a mini cucumber) and producing seeds - clearly not the real thing as they are an F1 hybrid which produce very few seeds. Lollo rosso seeds did germinate and grow on, but not usual growing habit, bolting while still young. I've never had them bolt before until they are past their best. they are renowned for being bolt resistant. I could go on...

I would offer zero stars if I could. When placing the order I failed to notice that the merchant program had entered my old address as the mailing address. I noticed about a minute later when I recieved my confirmation email.i immediately sent an email to them stating that I had given the wrong address and then supplied the correct one. No phone number is available to call them. I recieved no response to any of the half dozen emails I sent.
A week later and I recieved a reply to my email:
'As we dispatch same day we do rely on customers putting correct information in. Furthermore we do alas get many scam attempts involving the re-routing of items.'
I think that this is horrendous customer service and, quite honestly, reflects poor administration in the least. I told them as much and said that it was a shame as I had looked forward to ordering more products in the future. I stated that I would not l, now, given their poor response. I recieved a further email from the other owner:
'Good because I dont like wasting shipping to people who dont know theior
own address!'
There are so many different ways this could have been handled... I think they possibly chose the very last one most successful businesses would have.
I suppose next time I should read the reviews first. Seems customer service is not their greatest issue....

Ordered a variety of different seeds, and out of 30-40 only 2 didn’t germinate. I’m pretty happy with that. Ordering was simple, delivered with no problems at all.
I have a thriving garden with strong plants. And considering this is my very first experience with growing anything, I’m more than happy with simply seed, and will probably be back for more next year.

Ordered seeds 1 month ago and have received nothing. Have emailed several times to no avail. Very over priced and would stay away.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I wasted my time and money. Rubbish seeds that didn’t germinate.

Bought these seeds and wish I hadn't bothered .poor germination on everything except beans and those look stunted. Have had to buy all new from another supplier and even though I'm playing catch up they have grown fast and well. Really poor communication with no reply to my emails .Do not waste your money or time ,they are a rip off

Warrants Zero stars, 3 packets of runner bean seeds, looked dusty and old, good seed compost and after a month nothing, all gone mouldy, only 2 had tried to sprout.
Would not buy again. I did a big order for free postage and realised left another packet of beans off, immediately after I ordered 1 packet of beans and cost 3.95 postage, despite trying to email to include in all the same order. No address or contact details. I have been growing veg for over 50yrs and never had such a bad load seeds, DONT waste money, buy from reputable seed companies!!!

Seeds very poor or no germination.
I bought several packets of seeds and very few of them have germinated, despite year old seeds having a much higher germination rate in the same seed compost and watering conditions. I would avoid unless you want dissapointment.

Debited my account after telling me the seeds ordered were no longer avalailable. Shouldn't have debited my account and still waiting over a week for reimbursement despite numerous emails

Well what can I say, I contacted Simply to ask what what was acceptable failure rate for their onion sets were, I sent them a picture of all the other ones that were doing really well and our now in the ground, also a picture of the 20 ish or so that has not grown, They told me that I had a to heavy soil for them in my modules! I am 66 and have always started my onions of in compost in modules with no problem at all. They have completely blanked me and not even answered any of my emails. well done simply needless to say I will not be buying of you anymore. shocking service.
