I requested a site visit to identify a pipe location yesterday .lady on line very helpful
Dave long called me within 2 hrs to arrange a site visit and his contact info.7am next morning he arrived on time and sorted it out for me
Excellent service 5 *****. Very helpful chap and quickly identified pipe

Wren are a shocking company to deal…

Wren are a shocking company to deal with.I wish i had never entered there showroom.The worktops were all wrong,Doors were a faulty design and they would not cover the full cost of remediating there admitted poor quality and faulty products.Customer services are mostly blatant liers and totally incompetent.All calls are recorded and i gave them dates and times to backup my complaint but they continue to dispute this.There incompetence has left me considerably out of pocket but they have offered an insulting amount as compensation.
Avoid this company at all costs
We will be going to the ombudsman next
