Cancelled my subscription and was told I'd get a refund on 1st October within 3-5 days. A month later, nothing. Luckily they didn't respond to the PayPal case I opened and PayPal refunded me.

Order arrived promptly, and every single one of my dwarf french beans germinated. Haven't had a chance to try other stuff yet but will DEFINITELY be ordering next growing season!

Edit: 2nd order I was sent the wrong packet of beetroot and 100 seeds instead of 1,000 for another item. 8 days later and no reply to my email asking them to rectify my order.

Takes money, doesn't send items. Order placed a week ago, got a confirmation email and still nothing stating my order has been shipped. Contacted my bank and I'll be waiting until the 30 days is up (clock already ticking) until it's marked as a scam by the bank.

Give me my items or a refund and I'll drop legal action.

Product arrived swiftly, however the quality is a little lacklustre. You have to be careful otherwise the thin plastic in the cell trays will split. Good price for 1-2 seasons of use, but don't see them lasting longer than that, especially if they're left out in the sun for any period of time.

No-nonsense company - after being messed about by another company, I thought I'd give BargainSeeds a try. No waste by sending you hundreds of seeds, no fancy packaging. Items arrived very quickly with very good postage price, and the seeds themselves very competitively priced. Please get some more varieties in though!

Ordered 8 t-shirts at £1.99 each yesterday afternoon with standard delivery. They arrived today less than 24 hours after I placed my order! Recommended to a friend who bought a bunch too.

Booked an appointment and went to the Holborn London branch. The manager saw me, was friendly and VERY helpful! Opened my account with zero issues, and transferred the full ISA amount the following day.

How they have such a high rating I have no idea. Just look at the latest reviews left by others!

Tried to get in touch to put my money from my current bank into theirs, and have been fobbed off with "we'll get back to you in 2-3 working days" MULTIPLE times. Went into Leeds B.S. and they gave me an appointment straight away. Would NOT recommend you waste your time with these Kent Reliance. Rely on them to waste your time.

I work for a charity and had a small technical issue whereby one of my staff would type in a code without spaces, and there were spaces added in the coding. Customer service was AMAZING, the guys there know their stuff, and resolved it quickly with no fuss. VERY polite too. If only other similar companies could follow this example.

Wish i'd read these reviews first. Thought the .co.uk website meant it was within the UK. How wrong I was. My order was placed a week ago, and was told it would be delivered this morning, 7 days after placing it. I took the day off work to ensure I was at home, and had a look in further detail and it's still in Germany!

Thursday it somehow was cleared after the departure again.
Friday (the day it was due to arrive at my home in UK) you guessed it - it's "cleared" after the departure AGAIN.
Not only does this mean the gift won't arrive in time for my brother's birthday, but i've taken a day off work for nothing, at a cost, and i've blatantly been lied to about it clearing after a departure time on multiple occasions. Will NOT recommend, and I still don't have the product.
Oh, they are fine with sending you about 20 marketing e-mails in 3 days about their offers though!

Works if I use it - cravings for cigarettes go whilst I use these, but I can't remove the habit/connection of smoking a regular cigarette. Product works, I just revert back to smoking out of habit.

Order placed 10 days ago. Got a notification telling me my order has been shipped on Monday. Thursday I'm told there's an issue with my order (that had apparantly been shipped a few days prior) and was given a refund for one part of my order. 10 days later and I'm told I was refunded in part, and that's why none of my order has been sent.

Whilst I managed to kill the best part of two hours browsing (luckily, when you scroll over approximately half of their products, it shows you the BBE date) I found that some products were ONE PENNY CHEAPER than RRP.
Delivery is a little bit on the pricey side (£8.50 for a £20 order), I did manage to find some pretty amazing deals, some of which were BBE 6 months down the line.

I placed my order VERY early on Saturday morning (about 2am) and now, Tuesday, I am told my order is being picked. This is a tad on the slow side.

Some of their stuff is two years past their BBE date, which is far too long - time to consign some of your stuff to the bin!

Went through Dabs as I'd used them before. Not only were they the cheapest, but their Customer Service was second to none. I ordered in the evening and selected free delivery. I received my order two days later.

Will be coming back the next time I need anything.

I placed an order for a box for a friend, and was told it would arrive on a certain day. I received an e-mail at 16:44 telling me the address was incomplete, and to get back to them by 12 noon or my order would be cancelled.

I've received around 25 spam e-mails, was told I would be removed from the marketing list, then received another e-mail from somebody else asking if I'd like to be removed, then received MORE spam. The order was re-sent, the guy had to wait again, and he still hasn't received anything. Waste of my time, waste of his time. I just wanted to say thanks to somebody, and he's had to spend two days at home waiting for stuff that has not arrived.

Been offered a refund or a third re-order, but that just means I have wasted two or three days of somebody else's time for nothing.

After Royal Mail royally messed up the delivery, I got in touch with Trophy Store. Somebody promptly replied, and re-sent my order.
