Placed an order on the 24th march I'm still waiting. Correspondence is absolutely rubbish was told my order was being sent last weekend first class to recieve an email to say still awaiting shipment. Yes there was an item out of stock but I'd asked for another cucumber seed to be replaced as fed up of waiting!! Honestly this company is a joke! Now have to wait 5 days for the refund peed off is an understatement!!

I dont even want to give them one star. The order was messed up from the start placed an order on friday 1st of april for next day delivery. No delivery was made on the 2nd tried calling and phone lines are down. Emailed on monday 4th to be told i had over rode the system and my order wouldn't be delivered till tues 5th.
The flowers are awful nothing like the picture and ive emailed again and has been told its down to the the arrangement in the vase. There is no where near the amount of flowers in the picture to what has been sent.
Awful customer service! Wish i had read the reviews beforehand shocking!!
