Seeds never came now waiting for refund

Single mum needed cat food and milk for my little girl never ordered before they said they left the goods outside and rang me up to give them a code I tried to find the goods they are not there ! And the won’t refund so upset as I don’t have much money

Still waiting for refund even though send device back

Condition was worse then like new , and they have sent me x2 chargers we have not been on the laptop had it since Christmas no chargers have matched with the laptop

Still waiting for a wedding gift since nov 17th 2023 tried email and calling Hurd nothing !!! The won pick up phone or reply the take you parcels and keep them
