A smooth process from start to finish. I was happy with the price achieved by my vehicle and subsequent contact with the dealer.

Ordered 5 packets of seeds on 14/2/25. Received no shipping info. When I enquired I was told they would ship last Thursday to Saturday. Still not received them but received confirmation they had shipped today.
Ordered the same seeds from 'Just Seeds' and they were delivered withing 3 days. I won't bother ordering from Seeds Megastore again!

Great customer service and fair treatment. I recently purchased 4 cartridges for my printer only for the printer to fail before I could use them. Contacted Cartridgeshop and asked about a possible refund. My enquiry was dealt with by Chris who was very helpful and following an exchange of information I was given a full refund. Good work Chris!

Booking through holidaycottages.co.uk couldn't have been easier. We were kept informed at every stage of our booking. The description of the property was accurate and honest. We will use this company again.

Having been informed that we would receive delivery on 31st May. We get a message to say the truck had broken down and delivery would be a day later. No problem with this - these things happen. Having visited Kinetic Logistics webside and watched the fleet of immaculate trucks drive out of the site, I was surprised when this beat up old van pulled up on our doorstep. Poor driver hadn't even gotten out of the depot the day before as the vehicle had been unroadworthy! Our item (a large 70Kg dresser) was on the front of the vehicle upside down - good start. The driver had a bit of a struggle moving the thing on his own and being concerned for his physical safety with such a large and heavy item, I felt obligated to help him. Looking at even larger items on the truck, I am surprised that Kinetic does not have 2-man delivery teams.

We appreciate the honesty with which Octopus Energy communicates with us. We are trying to do our bit to reduce our carbon footprint and use of fossil fuels so we well stick to our beliefs despite the increased costs we are likely to experience.

Found a car for my wife which was in the Nottingham branch. Paid the £99 reservation fee and a further £50 to have it moved to our nearest branch in Bristol. When we were notified it had arrived, we called and booked an appointment to view and test drive at 3.00pm today (Saturday). We were early at the branch but were quickly served by Andras who was very likeable but obviously had a mission not only to deal with us in respect of the car but to persuade us to purchase all sorts of uneccessary extras from 'Advantage +' to paint and upholstry protection (for a 3 year old second hand car). It took several attempts to convince him that we didn't want these extras. He disappeared a couple of times but came back each time smiling and asking us to reconsider the offer of these extras. In the end my wife agreed to purchase the Advantage deal (worse than useless as we live over 30 miles from this branch) just to stop his pleading and get on with the purchase. Ok so now we get to see the car, test drive it and agree that we would like to purchase it for cash. 'Please wait in the green seats and my Business Manager will be with you shortly'. We sat in the 'green seats' waiting for at least half an hour. They were situated in an icy cold area where the air conditioning was running at full blast, the doors were open until, we were really uncomfortable (we used to use this as a psychological interrogation method in the army). Whilst were gradually succumbing to hypothermia we were also watching a couple of guys in the 'Pay' area who were obviously 'Business Managers' too-ing and fro-ing, not really dealing with customers but looking really busy. Eventually we were introduced to Tim who led us to his 'briefing' area where we were about to endure a patronising, boring and absolutely worthless lecture on how Carshop was a part of the Synter Group and 'do you understand what I have said', 'do you know about the benefits of Gap insurance is' and 'do you understand the advantages of additional warranties' etc.etc.etc. (Must have found out we live in a hut in deepest darkest Somerset). Despite his denial, this was nothing more than a hard sell ploy to get us to purchase stuff we didn't really want. Nevertheless Tim persisted, explaining that it normally takes 4 hours to tell us what he had to tell us but he would keep it as short as possible. Eventually, having lost the will to live, I asked him to cut the b***s**t and get down to selling us the car or we would leave. Couldn't do that - 'required by law' to go through all this with us (he then sent it to us by email so we could have read it ourselves at our leisure). Eventually, with us both unconscious he took our payment and promptly shunted us on to the next waiting area to complete 'Collection'. This was a rather more pleasurable experience. Don't know the name of the guy we dealt with but he was from 'up north', good humoured and easy to talk to. The collection process was fairly quick, slick and easy and we eventually escaped with the car we wanted. All in all not the most pleasurable two and half hours we have spent purchasing something and we certainly won't be going back for more in a hurry! Just to say at the end of all this, the car is fine!
Recensione su Asda
Prior to the current coronavirus pandemic, I have been going to our local ASDA to do the weekly shop for an elderly lady in our village who has memory problems. Since lockdown started at Christmas I decided to try to remain at home and do her shopping online. What a nightmare! I place a part order two weeks in advance to obtain a slot and when it comes to completing her shopping list a few days before delivery, so many of her usual items are either'out of stock' or 'unavalable'. This includes so many basic items like everyday fruit and vegetables making it impossible to get what she wants. Then, come the day of delivery, there are so many 'no longer available' or 'substitute' (up to 7 out of 23 items sometimes) that her original shopping list is unrecognisable! So here is my solution I have registered her with Tesco where my wife and I shop and where there is always stock and virtually no substitutions. No use ASDA complaining about losing customers when the service is so abismal!
