Placed an order the same time as I placed an order from another seed company. The later company order came in 2 days. After chasing up Seedmegastore I was advised order dispatched. No tracking available. 10 days later still no seeds. Worst experience on line for years.

Fabulous company. Very grateful for the small seed quantity. I live by myself so I have no need for 100’s of seeds and means I can try more veg. Great selection of herb and veg seeds. They seem to add new ones every year. All grew into what they were supposed to lol.
The only issue was missing seeds but I genuinely put that down to the postmen or in the sorting office. The pack had seeds written on them so someone somewhere was getting free seeds lol. But that definitely wasn’t down to the company as they always sent out replacements without any issues. Glad they’re now offering recorded delivery as that sorts that problem.

Terrible company. Ordered 14 days ago but order status never changed. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number for customer services. Id avoid this company... response my emails are unpleasant and rude.

My order did not arrive they emailed me daily to complete further orders I had in my basket I said I would wait for my first order to come or for a refund to re-gain confidence in them before I order again iv not heard from them since I think they’re a scam

I would rate this company at 10 stars if possible !! They hav been the best company to deal with. I have had lots of trouble with deliveries by Yodel.
They have left bags of seeds at my roadside gate, some 30 yards from the house, down 39 steps and not visible from it.
I have a large notice on the gate saying not to leave stuff just inside the gate because it gets stolen. But still they leave it there !! I can’t lug it down the steps because I’ve just had a heart attack !!
The company refunded me the cost and sent me another bag I reordered AND STILL THEY LEFT IT AT THE ROADSIDE !!!
The company has now sent me more seed by Hermes courier and the guy brought it down 39 steps to the front door, a dedicated man indeed.
I submit this lengthy review because the company has been to tolerant throughout and very helpful to an old 86 year old man, recovering from a massive heart attack, with only my dear birds , now, for company.

Ten out of ten for service. Sensible amounts of seed in each packet. Very neat waterproof packets. I will certainly be ordering more for the Spring and Summer. Happy sowing and growing and what fantastic value - only 29p a packet. I received 20 packets in less than a week. What more can I say except "what a bargain".

An absolute disaster. What a joke this company is. I am not sure what is their idea of running a business. I placed an order, paid the money. 4 weeks now and no sign of the seeds.
I had to do another purchase in order to plant the beans before it is too late.
Update - they are Scammers- avoid
I managed to get a reply from them and they claim that they issued a refund. Paypal stated the money has never been cleared from their account.

Update as at 9:15 on July 28th. This is for everyone and for trustpilot.
The crook seller is claiming that our account is false and have threatened me.
Here is my reply to him/her by email. They didn't bother signing their name..

‘You are so wrong. Like all crooks you think you are smart.
The review is real and reflects your dealings with all accuracy. Nothing was said that it is not true.
Has it occurred to your small brain that Sid is my husband? Of course not.
Besides all other separate negative reviews in here are also false?!!! Have you reported them?
You are a scammer crook and this had been reflected by all other reviews. Thank goodness that Trustpilot kept the reviews. I only wish that I had seen them before dealing with you.
Even Paypal have stated that the money are not cleared.
Run but you cannot hide.

Update: purchase made on July 4.
as at July 28 at 14:00, the post has been delivered and still no seeds/order and the refund money hasn’t been cleared/released as Paypal advised me.

Update as at August 11th. No sign of the seeds. I wish I had read all the reviews in here before making this purchase.

I ordered seeds in April. They never arrived. As soon as a posted a review on TP Seedsmeggastore emailed me to say they would post replacements. I never received these either!

I ordered some seeds on the 17th May and their website says 7-10 working days delivery as its a busy time of year, so by rights today being the 10th working day I should have recieved them by now but have not as yet...having just read numerous reviews here telling of a diabolical service I only wish I had shopped elsewhere...by the time my seeds arrive it will be late to plant them for cropping this year!!! I live in hope!!!

Nothing has arrived yet. They have charged my credit card though.

If my experience is anything to go by, I would avoid this company and use a more reputable company!

Seeds still not received 3 weeks after order. Chased a few days ago as order status had not changed, almost immediately the order was re-marked as dispatched, but two days later it hasn't been received, which it should have been if sent first class (which I would expect given the postage cost charged). If order does arrive it's now to late to plant one of the items I ordered. Not received any correspondence in response to my query. Really wish I had purchased elsewhere.

Seeds very good value but i had an order that i did not recieve contacted them on there website and recieved order within a couple of days so good customer service but delivery is quite slow

So after my below comments I recieved a phone call and some argumentative man telling me I had ordered through facebook?????No. Despite me having revieved dispatch orders from them.He virtually shouted at me because of my review and told me I have a refund. He was so rude! Don't buy off these people! No seeds and no customer service.

Really low prices! The first seeds I ordered weren't delivered but when I informed the company, replacements were sent out by first class post. Great customer service. Will definitely use again.

Great value for money and a UK based company. Prices are astonishingly low in comparison to mainstream retailers and seeds have a good germination rate. Packets are compact and a no frills design. Descriptions and sowing times are not printed, however experienced veg growers don't need this information and you can always refer to the website if you do need it.
Wide range of varieties available for just about any veg you could possibly want, as well as herbs.
Delivery can be a bit slow, but it is generally a custom to order your seeds for the following month. Overall, a great company to order from.
