seeds arrived in just over a week!

After reading the reviews on here I didn't expect to get my seeds for weeks if at all. However, just a week later they arrived. I ordered quite a few, one was missing and one was doubled up, and I got some bonus beetroot seeds as well. Happy enough with my experience.

Wonderful delivery, not such great perfume

The item was beautifully wrapped and delivered very quickly with full tracking information, cannot fault the company on this at all. The perfume itself however was a disappointment. Once sprayed on my wrist, it almost immediately wears off and you cannot smell it, and what you can smell does not smell anything like the perfume it was meant to be. I should have bought a sample first maybe. Sadly after this experience I wont be making a repeat purchase.

I am bombarded with emails

I am bombarded with emails, letters, texts etc offering me 0% transfers or increases to my credit limits. One week I had 15 letters, twice daily texts and countless emails from you. If I dont reply to the first two I am not not interested. It is very much spamming and there is no need for that amount of communication ever.

Such a wonderful range of plants that…

Such a wonderful range of plants that you are really spoiled for choice. Lisa and the team go out of their way to make your experience the very best it can be. From storing your plants while you are shopping, to making sure its packed for least damage on the way home, and great advice on how to care for it. Purely Pots is always my first port of call on a Chester visit and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery, item was boxed up very well, couriers had smashed the outer box but inside the item was safe and sound, double boxed. Very happy and will use again.

Wonderful food for a great price

We visited Zizzi's in Liverpool One and the staff were so lovely, we had not used the taste card before and they were very helpful showing us what to do. The food was excellent and the portions were huge. Then to have so much discount off at the end was great.

What a lovely site to use

What a lovely site to use. Order was sent out really fast and had everything I ordered apart from a candle where they sent a replacement which was probably even better. Everything was wrapped up so well. Thank you so much I was really happy with the service received. Will certainly use you again thank you.

Rapid Delivery, Long wait for Refund

I ordered a part for my fridge. In all fairness it was very fast delivery and very well packaged. However the seal wasn't thick enough and didnt do the job. Return was arranged easily and collected for free.. so far everything was ok. However I am now on almost a month awaiting my refund. All I get is an email to say it was processed on the 8th of this month. Have now had the matter sorted out by going through Google who have agreed to refund me direct. If the part is the one you need then this company is great, if your not sure, dont bother, as a month to get your refund through is not acceptable.

I am sorry to hear you had to return the item you ordered from us.

I have looked into the issue of the refund and can confirm a full refund (including postage) was made to the same card you used to pay for this order on the 8th of December. As far as we can see this refund was successful.

Therefore I would recommend speaking to your card issuer directly if the payment does not appear in your account.
