Ordered on 5th April still waiting on order and a response from them total joke won't be ordering from here again Don't order from them if I was you....

Placed an order on the 24th march I'm still waiting. Correspondence is absolutely rubbish was told my order was being sent last weekend first class to recieve an email to say still awaiting shipment. Yes there was an item out of stock but I'd asked for another cucumber seed to be replaced as fed up of waiting!! Honestly this company is a joke! Now have to wait 5 days for the refund peed off is an understatement!!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Similar experience as everyone else.
Order late to ship, never arrived. Asked for a replacement with no confirmation and yet to receive. Looks like I've lost a tenner.
Buy your seeds elsewhere.

I have ordered from them, for the past few years, because of the price, but you get what you pay for! Order never arrived, so had to chase for them to send again and I have unhappily found that their seed packets do no contain the number of seeds stated on packet, my parsnips were short by at least 50% and other packets were also short. I sent an email to complain and they can't be bothered to reply.

Today's date 9th April I ordered my seeds order around the 4th March iv emailed them 3 or 4 times last time was the 22nd of March about my order they said they would post it straight away but still haven't arrived now iv asked for a refund today but whether I get it or not I'm not sure but as soon as they have I'll let you all now! if I was you avoid this place like the plague I will never order
from this outfit again cowboys!

Delivery time seed megastore advertising is ment to be 7 to 10 days

Thank you for the bull s@#t review you do not even know the correct date when you placed the order we will give you the option to remove the review or we will respond to the review by placing all your payment details from the card processing company proving when you placed the order and when we refunded you.

If I could give a 0 I would. Order placed over a month ago, website said it would be dispatched within 7 days. 3 weeks later I chased to be told they had been dispatched that day, 2 weeks later still no seeds. Terrible service, no sign of seeds or a refund.

Ordered on 20/2/24 now 6/4 24 still haven't received all my order

Despite chasing order took over three weeks to arrive with items missing, reduced seed quantities and many changes to the variety type of vegetables chosen. The window for planting was set back by 3 weeks . Overall unsatisfactory and very disappointing. I would not use this company again.

I ordered some 29 pence seeds packages(lavender, artichoke, cucumber)
They did arrive and on time so no complaints from there. I sowed the seeds and very very low germination rates. I will be lucky to have 6 plants out of 120 seeds.
29 pence is very cheap but still too much for the result.

I made an order on the 12th of March, they dispatched it after 13 days, and today (1.04) I still waiting for it. Do not recommend

I ordered seeds on 11/2/24. No seeds were received, I contacted them and was told a replacement had been sent...still nothing. On the 3rd attempt I did receive some seeds on 14/3/24 (over a month after placing my order).
However, not all of the seeds I ordered were included and some very odd substitutions had been made (with lower cost, non F1 varieties sent).
I've emailed them about this as I still haven't received the items I paid for but to date, 10 days after I emailed them, they haven't bothered replying.
Please trust the reviews and do not use this company.

Do not order from this company! I ordered some seeds on 15th of February and am still awaiting my order. Latest email says shipped on 12th of March but still nothing received. Like most reviews, I only wished I had carried out my research into this conpany before ordering. Very disappointed.

The negative reviews are correct. Have to give 1 Star because I can't do zero! This company clearly isn't Mega (look at their accounts on Companies House) and fail to deliver a service. I eventualy received a full refund but the effort was on me to chase and progress. Maybe the business model is not everbody does this. No delivery received, no repeat delivery received. I would say the seeds are never sent. Megaseedstore you are a complete waste of space and had I seen comments about you on Trustpilot first I would never have placed an order with you. Your actions have delayed my growing plans. I will today place a new order with an alternative and proper supplier.

Please do not use this Company, be warned that they are by far the worse company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. 18 days and still no order delivered, I got in touch and they said what do you expect your order was only £7.43 and you only paid £1.99 postage. There are a lot of companies out there who would be glad if every customer paid £7.43 every order. They even blamed my accent on the order delivery delay, even although I ordered online, They are a complete waste of space and will never receive another order from myself or my colleagues at the charity.

Ordered seeds from them on 14th Feb and got an email on 19th Feb saying my order had been shipped. After waiting a week for my order to arrive I messaged them via their website. Got no response.
After ten days and still no order, I emailed again, replying to the email I got from them about the order being shipped. Still no reply.
Now 1st March I have emailed them again for the 3rd time asking for a refund but I don't hold out much hope as it is clear from the other reviews that they are happy to take your money but not deliver on your order.

I placed an order on 4/2/24. It was marked as shipped on 19/2/24 however it's now 29/2/2024 and still the order has not arrived. I have already written one email and have yet to receive a reply. On the company website under the heading, service culture it states - "Getting it right first time for our customers drives every decision we make. We exist to deliver truly exceptional service that makes a positive impact on our customers. Our customer centric ethos is embedded throughout the company". This is obviously not correct. I did get a full refund but no apology or explanation.

Order placed 15/Jan and notified of shipment 23/Jan. Still waiting for delivery 13/Feb. This is the 4th consecutive order which has not been received. There won't be a 5th.!!
I now use budgetseeds.co.uk who are cheaper, have a wider range and, most importantly, know the meaning of service.

Following a lost parcel thanks to royal mail I had to contact customer support about my order.

In addition to being the seed megastore I think they now qualify as a megaservice supplier too, I really appreciated their speedy support and rapid resend of my order by next day delivery. I can see a future where I never buy another seed from anyone else!!

Must admit had to contact company because my seed had not come but next day I received the order. Very happy and I look forward to the sowing season. Will use this company again. Thankyou seed megastore.
