Ordered 20 packets of seeds and 2 weeks later my order is still showing as ‘awaiting fulfilment’. Their website states that if you order before 14.00 on a weekday they will guarantee same day dispatch.

Emailed after 10 working days to find out when my seeds would be dispatched (they say they’ll get back to queries within 24 hours) - I got no response. It was then that I saw these negative reviews.

Ended up going through PayPal for a refund!

Believe the reviews… don’t waste your time and money on this company!

Terrible service! I have been waiting for several weeks, no response to emails.

Would love to rate the products, but after nearly a month of waiting patiently still nothing, despite a few emails chasing my order. In fairness these have been replied to, but promises made haven’t been kept. Last one said items were despatched items a week ago, still no seeds. Looks like I’m one of many on the receiving end of this non existent “service”. If you want to start growing your seeds, best to look elsewhere, as by the time I’ll get them it’ll be too late.

I ordered 6 packs of seeds on 27th Jan 2025 and I have still not received them. I have sent 3 messages now and they said my order was being processed and guess what I still have not received them as of 17th Feb 2025. I have now had to order the seeds from a reputable company as the seeds I ordered should be planted by now. I have now ordered the vegetable seeds from Justseeds who I have ordered from before and I received them within a few days, not a few weeks. I contacted PayPal and PayPal have refunded me my money. Please avoid this company, not to be trusted.

I ordered a huge amount of seeds, delivery time was longer than stated on their website but that was understandable considering the amount of seeds I ordered. Communication was fast and all seeds accounted for.
Would definitely use again

I ordered seeds on 21st Jan. On 12th Feb they have still not been delivered. I have contacted Seed Megastore several times and each time I was told it was on its way the next day. In the end I had to cancel the order and, to be fair, they gave me an immediate refund. But I still now need to re-order the seeds from elsewhere and some of them need planting right now.

Placed an order in 2024 and around 25% of my order did not show up
Placed an order this year and 100% if it did no show up.... Customer service is non existent...m will not waste my time with these lot ever again

About 3 months ago I ordered a selection of seeds. My delivery was missing the two most expensive seeds with a note that they will follow. I contacted them in December via their website form asking for the missing seeds. I received no reply or seeds. I contacted them again in January by email asking for the missing seeds. A few weeks later still no seeds. Avoid them.

Thought I was ordering some good quality seeds, after only 4 days I get an email saying they don't know when they can deliver if at all and would I like a refund.
Safe to say I took the refund. Then read reviews. When will I learn

Ordered £18 of seeds on the 4th Jan and heard nothing about delivery so messaged them on the 11th. Seeds supposedly being dispatched that day but weren't. Messaged again a few days later and my order was finally dispatched. On receipt I found 1 pack of seeds marked as out of stock which wasn’t an issue but had another packet missing from my order. Enquired about my refund for the out of stock packet, which I did receive a couple of days ago but nothing further on the packet missing from my order. I've given up chasing it now. If they got themselves better organised they could be great, we don't all need hundreds of seeds in a pack so smaller pack sizes are ideal but there's just no guarantee orders will arrive. Customers shouldn't have to chase orders or have missing items without an explanation. Sadly, regardless of their cheaper prices I won't be ordering from them again. I've also got to wait and see if anything germinates which I'm not particularly hopeful of if I'm honest.

It's great to be able to buy a variety of different seeds in small amounts. Quick and polite response to my email query regarding dispatch times. One of the ordered items wasn't in stock and I received a prompt refund. I will definitely order more from this company next year!

Ordered a 30 pack box just before Xmas … it was probably my fault last minute shopping etc… but I will give seedsmegastore credit it took a bit longer than the delivery time stated…but they turned up a few days before Xmas and the corresponding emails from them was spot on…. I would 100 % buy from them again… and we can’t wait to see what produce we get from the seeds this year …..thanks again ….

Spent £17.50 have not received my order, sent email no reply sent to me okay so I'm upset now don't like being scammed you can bet I will ruin their reputation for this.

This company took my money and did not send the seeds I ordered.
The worst seed company I've ever dealt with.

The packets of seed are sealed in plastic/ foil and are resealable. Prices are average and postage is reasonable .

Avoid!

The fact that the prices are so low and the varieties are so vast should have rang alarm bells.

I spent a fair amount of money to buy a range of unique seed varieties that I don't usually find and especially at a such cheap prices. They didn't arrive even though they were posted with 'tracking' .

Week after week, I kept being told that it was on its way or that it had been lost in the post and resent. When I insisted that I wanted a refund I was told that I should wait a little longer and if it didn't arrive again they would resend yet another pack. I waited a total of 4 weeks and nothing...

It took ages to get a response to my emails or the web page enquiry option from the "customer services", whoever they were. I had to threaten lodging a formal complaint before I FINALLY got them to refund my money.

They should be shut down if they don't offer the service they claim or stop offering so much if they can't cope with the volume of orders. It seems they have been having the same issues for years and continue to offer seeds that seem to not exist...

Utter waste of time and put me behind in sowing seeds by nearly 2 months.

Nothing received in 18 days, can’t log into site to check. Having to try PayPal, and looks like I’ve lost over £4 in postage. Don’t waste your time.

26 different veg that cost £8 plus £1.99 delivery.

My first time and blown away. Was and am still a Wilko seed lover(now The Range) value for money against the big boys Sutton,T&M ETC.

Seed Mega give you the option to grow lots of stuff, (all mine growing away) smaller amounts but allows affordability with variety.

Who wants a trillion Mustard, Swede or such seeds at 5, 6, 7 ,8 times thre price. If you want over the top prices with a bigger cost and a much more expensive delivery then go elsewhere.

The packets are basic with instruction (which can be got off the net} but are re-sealable, very smart.

Appreciate some people have criticism but isn't that always the case try for yourself.

The price is right the product is right, the packaging is right and for many people the delivery is right.

This review has led me to now finish and go and go through the catalogue and re-order more. I absolutely love the experience and I do also go elsewhere and look at other offers on top.

My first order. Took a while to get here and when it did Id been sent substitiute things I hadnt ordered and been charged for them. I contacted the company via the form and they have refunded for the incorrect seeds and as I live a distance from a PO I havent had to return the seeds that were wrong either.

My first Order never arrived garbage company marked the item as dispatched I think they just try and scam people without sending goods hoping that customers will forget about there order.

I will be ringing trading standards today rogue trader needs closing down for good!

Apparently sent me a refund but we'll see.
