Was the first time to attend the camp. I called to enquire about it and the person I spoke to was super helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The school venue was really clean, the coaches were really approachable so the children felt comfortable and they kept the place clean and tidy and had different activities each day.

I appreciate that the camp bookings remain open through the holiday period so I didn't have to worry if I wanted to add extra dates once the camp started. The flexibility made it far less stressful.

I would definitely recommend the camp, ours wasn't too crowded which suited us and the kids were desperate to go back again. I wish I knew about it earlier!

Avoid!

The fact that the prices are so low and the varieties are so vast should have rang alarm bells.

I spent a fair amount of money to buy a range of unique seed varieties that I don't usually find and especially at a such cheap prices. They didn't arrive even though they were posted with 'tracking' .

Week after week, I kept being told that it was on its way or that it had been lost in the post and resent. When I insisted that I wanted a refund I was told that I should wait a little longer and if it didn't arrive again they would resend yet another pack. I waited a total of 4 weeks and nothing...

It took ages to get a response to my emails or the web page enquiry option from the "customer services", whoever they were. I had to threaten lodging a formal complaint before I FINALLY got them to refund my money.

They should be shut down if they don't offer the service they claim or stop offering so much if they can't cope with the volume of orders. It seems they have been having the same issues for years and continue to offer seeds that seem to not exist...

Utter waste of time and put me behind in sowing seeds by nearly 2 months.

Fantastic! I trust this company and have now used them several times after they were recommended to me by someone. I had been greatly disappointed by Seed Megastore, a horrendous company to deal with. They took my money and didn't send the seeds I ordered and I sent multiple emails and had to almost lodge a complaint before they finally refunded my money more than 4 weeks later.

Thankfully that awful experience resulted in discovering Budget Seeds. Ordering on the site is easy, your basket doesn't empty after a few hours so it gave me time to choose and decide what I wanted. Only minor tweak on the site I think they should do is to allow you to delete just single items if you accidentally add multiple of the same to a basket as on the phone version you have delete all of that particular multiple item, search for it again and add just one again to your basket again.

Deliver only takes a few days and the packet are packege in a bubble mailer.

I hope they will grow their range of unique or rarer varieties of veg so I can buy even more :)
