Garbage courier company that needs to cease trading. Business owners please stop using them.
They get 1 star for actually finding my house and knocking on the door, but in the 5 seconds it took for me to travel 20 feet from my living room to the front door, the delivery guy had disappeared to give my parcel to a neighbour.
My neighbour isn't on my list of safe places to deliver to.
To be fair, I don't entirely blame the driver because he's employed by a German company under terms and conditions that are illegal in Germany.

...Continuing my comments below from last week, DHL Commerce have now sent twice to me, mails advising delivery and then not turned up, with the excuse they cannot find this address ? (..every other Delivery service has no problem ?).
As mentioned as well below, they "promote an option " to deliver to a collection point ? I rest my case !
Unknown to them I have been in contact with item seller and requested he cancel the order and demand they return item to him ? This will be interesting to see if they ACTAULLY have it, in the first place ?

Your stupid delivery driver keeps leaving my parcels outside the front gate and doesn't even come into my garden and knock on the door, it even says on the parcel please bring it to the door and don't leave it in front of the gate. Anyone walking past my house can see it. It's not that hard to bring it up to the door, the driver needs sacking

Abysmal. Supposed to be next day delivery, been waiting a week due to delays and never turning up when they say they will. Still waiting for my delivery 🤬

I would give minus stars if I could!
The driver lied about attempted delivery, left no calling card and the photo was not of our door, but a black screen.
And! We were at home.
Happens every time, yet no apology, no humans to talk to .
I will never use again

If I could give no stars I would do. Was expecting a parcel today between 12.30 and 1.30 hasn’t turned up. Just been on the app and it shows a picture of a dashboard of a van and saying sorry we missed you! Nobody has knocked at my door ! Tried phoning dhl and have been on hold for over a hour trying to get through! Apsolutely shocking service and I am going to escalate this as far as I can . Starting to think that my parcel has been pinched !

Worst and pathetic service ever ,driver didn't even come to the address written on the parcel ,l had to run and meet him as l was waiting for that parcel but still he couldn't give me parcel because he had already scanned noone at home within less than a minute,after cancelling all my plans to wait for the parcel as it requires a signature

Apparently delivered and signed for by Ben, no photo and didn’t even show by my address made when we have 16 houses on our street no one called Ben and backed by ring doorbell and cctv to show no one from dhl delivered to our street for the whole day. Apparently the postcode does not match delivery when you call so can not speak to a human but matches the in and works well on the website! No response to email or WhatsApp either despite complaints policy saying differently. Scam artists and thieves in my opinion and no accountability, the sender has had the same bad luck we have had with DHL £150 down for a part plus £50 down for now having to pay for another MOT as can not retest and add the part on before Saturday plus the cost of the new part avoid at all costs need shutting down!

Failed to deliver. Failed to redeliver. Failed to have any customer service. Failed to be contactable in any way at all. Failed to be accountable .Failed in every single aspect of being a consumer facing company.

Circular run around from this crew who gave me 2 different delivery dates, then told me the stuff was delivered, and I have no parcel. Pointless phone and whatsapp contact. Now they say I must contact sender - I get the feeling that my parcel has been "lost" and they want me to sort with retailer.... NOT TO BE TRUSTED

A joke of a company who don’t deserve to be still in business. EBay selected a pick up date 9 March which I could not make. I rescheduled it online through eBay but eBay changed it back to the original date. Accordingly I took it to the nearest dhl service point on 8 March. On 12 March DHL come to pick the parcel up! I explained very carefully to the driver what had happened. It seems very helpfully he did not bother to record this but just put I had refused the collection! I went back to the mistakenly titled “service” centre and found the parcel still there with others. The person there was vague about when DHL would actually pick it up. I have tried to get assistance on the chat on customer service but that is as ineffectual as the rest of the DHL operations.

I have booked about 4 times with DHL e-commerce, each time there has been an issue with them NOT collecting a booked in parcel. Luckily I used a middle man, so I have been able to speak to real people. If you try and speak to a person at DHL e-commerce you just can't. Think Evri! The latest parcel I booked in they failed to pick it up "5 TIMES". I am a small business and I don't like to mess customers around - as I offer good customer service unlike this company. It has been suggested that it maybe an issue with the local hub to me, as I believe other areas are not like this??? Whatever it is DHL sort yourselves out, it is appalling service and I will never go near DHL e-commerce again!
On the flip side DHL Express are amazing - perhaps you can learn something from your own sister company?!

Absolutely dreadful. Parcel delivered to wrong address and left on their doorstep . Delivery person lied saying parcel was handed to me. Complaint logged. Promised response within a day. 2+ weeks later - no response. Going round in circles with txt messaging.
RECOMMENDED AVOIDING THIS CARRIER!

Used these guys a number of times now and the speed of delivery is more than impessive .
Fully recommend.

A shocking company that should be taken to court for their outrageous conduct. I sent an expensive guitar I had just sold on eBay in its original case (made in 2006). It was in perfect condition. I had it packed professionally. I had it insured as well as paying for next day delivery . They not only did not deliver it the next day, they did not tell me. I found out the next day from my customer, who had bought it, when he asked me what had happened. So embarrassing and annoying. It was picked up the Monday after and delivered on Tuesday but the case was so badly damaged I had to pay the customer £246 to buy a new case. I tried to get that back from this company’s insurance. They turned me down because they said the guitar was alright and that was what I had insured. So they do not count the original guitar case as the contents of the parcel that their careless idiot(s) destroyed. They ripped me off throughout. Total crooks. I am taking them to court.

Terrible from top to bottom. Delivery drivers very poor, had previous issue where I received someone else’s parcel with an address and post code completely different to my own. And more recently received an hour time slot and the driver “attempted” delivery 3 hours before time slot, no knock on the door was heard and a photo as evidence was a blank screen (camera covered). Impossible to contact a human, non existent customer service, so awful that if a business uses this company as their courier I will shop elsewhere.

DHL Runcorn are opening and tampering with and losing parcels!!!
After several days waiting for our express delivery and having it returned to the runcorn depot for NUMEROUS fabricated reasons…. We decided to divert the parcel to be collected at a local store. We have been to collect it today and the condition of the items
Packaging is DISGUSTING….. the label from the original box has been cut off and taped onto the items packaging and the bag is damaged and will require returning as cannot trust the integrity of the item. Not sure about rest of UK but Runcorn depot is DODGY!!
Don’t ever buy an item that’s to be delivered by DHL, you’ll be lucky not to have it stolen (ie “unable to be located”) or tampered with … or even to actually get it delivered! Will be taking this to the ombudsman and all relevant regulatory bodies and DHL is a SCAM courier

If possible please do not use DHL e-commerce for parcel collection service. I had a collection arranged with label – for 6th March. It was not collected. After three days I telephoned the customer centre to be told the driver had written on the notes that he called around 9.00pm and the parcel was not ready for collection. A complete lie. No-one called and I have CCTV on my driveway and on front door. I again telephoned and was assured that the parcel would be collected on the 11th March. No-one called. Another telephone call and was told the parcel would be collected on the 12th. It’s now the 14th March and after nine days it still has not been collected. Absolute appalling service from DHL ecommerce !

Awful. Delivery supposed to arrive Friday. Checked shipping said “failed delivery unanswered door”. Checked ring camera and asked wife at home - nobody on camera and nobody knocked. Dealer who sent parcel chased them and they said delivery would now be Monday. Explained too late so dealer arranged for me to fetch from depot Saturday. Guess what…delivered this morning on Saturday when they said they couldn’t deliver Saturday. Stressful chasing it, lies on the tracking.

Avoid like plague.. customers service is only primitive chat boot, also, do not rearrange deliveries because then they will be late , change again, it mess things up and primitive chatboot won't allow u to talk to human.
