Bought an expensive item. The Company I bought it from unfortunately only uses DHL for their UK deliveries .
Waited in for the delivery with respect to the 1 hr delivery window as per the email and text message from DHL. Got an update just before the window expired saying the delivery was cancelled and would be re-attempted the next working day. As I was not available for the next day delivery, (Working!) I re-arranged the delivery for a specific date a few days later. Again, I was given a 1 hour window. I took time off work and waited at home.... still no delivery.
What is the point of having 'delivery windows' and 're-delivery options' if none of it works. Impossibly bad courier service.
