Great help from Anna from the on line sales team and then very quick delivery of the two Taunton sofas I ordered. The sofas are stunning.
Lads that delivered (Martin and Jake from the Blaydon depot) got them in through narrow doors with no fuss, put up with my nuisance dogs with good humour and took away all packaging. Great job all round.
Failed to deliver. Failed to redeliver. Failed to have any customer service. Failed to be contactable in any way at all. Failed to be accountable .Failed in every single aspect of being a consumer facing company.
Delivery supposedly attempted even though (i) i was in and (ii) i havea secured parcel box. No calling card left either.
Tried to contact DHL to speak to a human but it isn’t possible. Telephone system doesn’t allow you to do so and the live chat is merely a circular bot journey. Same when you then look to complain - you are simply sent back round to the same failed options.
Pre-booked and pre-paid a Bolt ride from Prague airport.
All seemed ok until 5 minutes before pick up when we received a message saying the driver had cancelled. Tried to contact Bolt support and had no immediate answer. In fact they only responded 12 hours later. So we were in effect abandoned at the airport late at night.
Still no refund 4 days later and still no apology. The organisation is corrupt and cannot be trusted. Stick with Uber
Since this review Bolt have provided a laughable response (see below) saying how unacceptable this is and how they encourage people to use the help section of their app to resolve issues. All whilst continually failing to respond to my in app queries and requests for help and response ding with “these things happen” types of reply.
Awful, awful organisation. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Reliable service and timely communication are essential, and your feedback highlights an area that needs urgent improvement.
Bought two T-shirts which as they were much bigger than the size guides needed to be returned. Napapijri seemingly have them and have scanned them back in but weeks later still haven’t refunded a substantial amount. Customer service do not engage at all now.
What was once a reputable company selling decent gear seems to have become a scam site. Do not order from them, you will regret it.
T-shirt being returned to Barbour less than 15 miles from the Inbox facility I used. Eight days later and it’s still “on the move” meaning you’ve lost or stolen it.
Fair offer (more than fair) for a broken phone I was going to chuck. Honoured that offer even though the phone was a disaster and paid same day. Very happy.

Having first had We Buy Any Phone trying to scam me by initially offering £240 for my fully working IPhone 12 and then reducing that offer to less than they would pay for a broken one, I was initially concerned that the same would happen again.
GR8 Mobile however honoured the good price they initially offered online, being more than three times the reduced offer that the above company tried to get away with. They paid me within 24 hours of receipt of my phone and it really couldn’t have been easier. Details duly stored so I can use them in the future.

Foolishly I tried to make the service of my less than two years old XC60 a little easier by using Servicing Stop to arrange. A car with less than 30,000 miles on the clock. Advertised price £125 pls VAT.
Car collected as arranged and then received a call that afternoon from a ServicingStop call handler called Chris. He initially told me the car was in good shape and needed little work but then went on say that all four tyres were bare, new brake pads (that old chestnut) and various other things were defective. For my £125 plus Vat service he quoted me just over £2500.
When I finished laughing Chris kindly advised that as I could likely sort out the tyres cheaper elsewhere myself they would take that off and get the price down to £880. So over £1600 for tyres that actually cost £130 fitted on Black Circles. I told him I wasn’t paying for any extra work at which time he told me that they wouldn’t sign off the service as done. Having again refused to pay any extras I then received the invoice for the full service which came in at £178 including VAT. So in essence something akin to a failed attempt to extort more cash to get the service completed which was then confirmed as done after I’d refused the extras.
Local garage then dropped off my car and could not believe the prices quoted to me. They also confirmed that whilst I could do with replacing two front tyres, the other two were fine as were brake pads. Shocking and transparent attempt to rip me off.
I have the job number and a record of the call with Servicing Stop so look forward to them challenging this.
Good price offered. Pre paid envelope arrived the next working day and the money for the phone cleared in my account the same day Sell my Cell received the phone. Very pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency.
Stay in the Premier Inn regularly and usually have no complaints. Stayed in room 209 of the Inverness West Premier inn three weeks ago and a broken and very sharp spring jutting out of the side of the much trumpeted Hypnos mattress ripped my jeans and cut my inner calf quite deeply. I raised this with Customer Service and other than the initial auto-reply haven’t had the courtesy of any response, despite two further chasers and despite escalating my complaint. So in short, generally ok to stay with but as an organisation they clearly couldn’t care less about you as a customer if their customer service and Exec team are anything to go by. Andrew R
I purchased garden furniture from Primrose in early April and they took payment in full. On checking to see if the goods had been dispatched two weeks later I read that the furniture was unavailable as it had been discontinued. Since then I have not had the courtesy of a response to repeated requests for a refund and to date neither have PayPal to whom a dispute has been escalated.
This seems to me to be a company running fraudulent activities on line so do not buy from them. Next step for me is to notify Trading Standards.
Clearly a fraudulent company. Taken my money, failed to deliver goods and the customer helpline just rings out. No response to mails. Just about to report to Trading Standards.
Avoid, avoid avoid. Promised next day delivery, didn’t show up so daughter left wondering why she had no present. IPhone came a day later. Broken. Completely dead. Junk, can only assume that they trade in reject stock hence the competitive prices. SIM card came the same day. Only with no number anywhere on the packaging. So a broken phone and a SIM with no number, which of course was what the utterly unhelpful customer service people at Voxi then wanted. What a joke, made worse by saying a working phone couldn’t be sent out for my little girl until we’d gone through a two week return and refund process. Plans and phone duly cancelled, although I’m not convinced that my refund will be made as nothing I’ve seen makes me trust this company.
Having been told a dog throw would be made within 7 days a month later i’m Still waiting with no explanation given.......

I am sorry your experience with shopping with us was not satisafactory.
The particular blanket you bought is handmade to order, and as stated on the product page, it can take up to 14 days to deliver.
It was delivered to you within this time frame, however unfortunately, you were not at home on the day of delivery so it was taken to the UPS Collection point, as advised by a card that was posted through your door, for you to either pick up or arrange another delivery date. This was not carried out by you until you contacted us and we looked into the situation further and advised you.
I can see that this has now been delivered/picked up and hope you and your dog are very happy with the blanket.
