Very poor
Very poor, never deliver on a Friday here! Get notified that items are out for delivery, tracking shows that it is on the van, get" your next " message and they never turn up. No good if you run a business and need the item quickly
Worst delivery company EVER!
These are the worst delivery company EVER! I have never managed to have a package delivered and worse than that, they basically LIE. I am not the only one, just reading reviews here you will see that they say they have attempted delivery but no one in etc. Now days, surely they realise people have CCTV and Camera Doorbells, so we can prove you are out and out lying when you say this. I, like many others have had this again this week and on top of that, you have absolutely no chance of contacting them to find out what is going on. No live chat that works (just bots) no contact number where you can speak to someone. Everything is automated and cuts you off. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. I have actually now gone back to the company I bought from and they are now looking to use a different company for deliveries. How they are still in business I do not know. Surely they need to be taken to some kind of ombudsman - there would be thousands of people who would back this I am sure.

Did even try and drop off my parcel, They tried for 2 days and my partner was in both times and didn't even try. I wouldn't use them again.
Not delivered
Delivery was meant to be here a week ago, today is the 6th day of receiving emails saying delivery today then when tracking says its delayed. Cant get to speak to a human, the numbers just keep giving to same old tracking delay bull!
Shockingly bad
This company is so bad. Meant to deliver on the 4th, put back to the 5th, van was apparently loaded on the 6th and then an unsuccessful delivery was registered and it was claimed a card had been posted. None of this was true so they lie about what they actually do. My parcel is 30kg so I can only assume that no one who works there can lift it. I'd recommend Evri because they actually deliver parcels whatever the weight

These guys are a shambles and absolutely awful. Still waiting for my John Lewis parcel ordered Tuesday and now have to wait till Monday as they cant find my address!! Absolute joke of a company!
Ridiculous service
Ridiculous service. Ordered next day delivery and the driver said they were unable to gain access to the premises despite not actually trying to use the intercom. On the second attempt they apparently could not even find the address (the address mentioned in the drivers comment was wrong). The “customer service” is an automated messaging system which cuts the call off and offers no way to speak to a human. I had to resort to a WhatsApp chat which takes a full day to get a response. I now have to make an hour round trip to pick it up from a depot, where it may not even be. I have had no notifications as to where my parcel is, I had to manually track it online. This has gone from me paying for next day delivery to spending time and money travelling to find a parcel. The fact that retailers use this company is a joke.
Dhlecommerce have yet again failed mkserably
I have yet again managed to find a parcel not left in the correct place despite the fact that the driver stated on the delivery made email that he had handed it to me. It was a lie. No attempt had been made to ring the front door bell and my wife and I had been in the house all afternoon. The parcel was left at a side door to the house in full view of the main road. We were lucky it had not been stolen. The parcel contained very high value medicines. This is not the first time that this has happened. This firm is an absolute disgrace.

DHL Phantom deliveries
"Failed doorstep delivery" 4 th & 5th March "no one in",
left calling cards.
The reality, we were at home, no one from DHL visited, no calling cards left. Because of yesterday's "failed delivery" we left a large message on the front of the house. That obviously wasn't seen on today's visit.
Customer Services contacted the local depot - the courier " forgot to leave cards" (!) but will attempt to deliver again tomorrow. I wonder where that will be? No DHL courier has been HERE this week.

Unscrupulous staff and unreliable company. I think this arm of DHL is out there to swindle customers of their delivery fees and packages.
Took my parcel to dhl e-commerce Sittingbourne depot for return and one of the staff collected the packages from and said this was for dhl express but he can collect it and pass it on, two months on my packages could not be located and they are saying they are not liable for the missing packages because it was for dhl express and not scanned on their system but the staff acknowledged that he collected the packages from me.
Just don’t understand why the staff that collected the packages from me can’t track the driver he gave the packages to - just felt that I have been scammed.
Misleading delivery time
Very poor experience with DHL eCommerce UK.
I received an SMS saying my parcel would arrive between 5–6pm, but the courier tried to deliver it around 2–3pm while I was still at work. This completely contradicts the delivery window provided.
The tracking also shows a photo timestamped around 5pm, which does not match the time the courier actually contacted me.
Now I cannot rearrange delivery online, cannot redirect the parcel to a ServicePoint, and cannot reach anyone by phone. I currently have no idea where my parcel is.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Order was delivered late despite having an email the day before saying it would be delivered that day. Tried contacting them but just got useless automatic replies on WhatsApp. When the parcel finally arrived it was left on my doorstep in a battered, torn box and they didn’t even bother ringing the bell. How do companies like this survive?

This is impossible - it’s a business address that has been open since 8am and easily accessible to all member of the public, given the service we offer.
Impossible to speak to a human either via phone or whatsapp. So the premium that I paid for next day delivery was pointless

I hate this company they say they will give you a one hour time slot on the day your parcel is being delivered.I got a time of 09:58 - 20:00 at first the tracking said on the way to number 22 your are 134.Then when I went back on it had gone and all it said was out for delivery.Tried to phone just got automated call,so tried their WhatsApp and all I got was a bot.Now 17.11 and I’m still waiting unbelievable

Expecting a delivery today, while waiting I see the dhl van and driver go straight past an then receive a "couldnt locate address" message.
No help from customer service apart from rearranging for tomorrow but whose to say it wont be the same lazy driver.

Had a consignment of meat being delivered from England. Supposed to be over night delivery. Delivered by 12 noon. Had an email today saying that it wont be delivered until tomorrow. Its fresh meat! How can you do that? Tried to phone them. Its all automated messages. Useless company
