Selling a property can be very stressful and a worrying time. We rely on the agent to progress the chain and keep us updated to take any pressures out of this process. I must say my experience of Judy Day from the Rainham, Kent Branch took over my file from the sales team and progressed it in an amazing timely manner. Judy kept me updated weekly, kept the correspondence honest and updated me on the progress and basically took all the worry away from me , from start to finish to get my property with a completed sale in a great time scale. I really wish all agents could be as professional as this, she is a great advocate for Wards. It is the 2nd property Judy has progressed for me and I will return as she has my full Faith to get my properties through to completion. Thank you

The company has good customer service and respond to the concerns of the customers promptly.

The promptness with which staff attach to receiving queries and address them is very great; however, l was not very happy regarding length of time with which the landlord finally opened up to discuss the what percentage to be released and l might say, my wife and l, are satisfied with the overall determination.

In a very difficult market where I was thinking of moving away from Wards we stuck with the team who, as promised, found us a buyer. Everyone was helpful and committed so Thank You All.

Kate Hunter has negotiated on our behalf and done a great job with both purchase and sale. From the first visit into Wards, the staff have all been so kind, dedicated to helping us and extremely professional. Gaby Ervine was so helpful and put us at ease immediately, taking a lot of stress out of the process. She gave us great advice and has kept us updated with pretty much bespoke properties as and when they have come on the market. We’ve been dealing with three estate agents recently and, while they’ve all been great, Gaby at Ward's was the rep who made us feel most at home and really treated us like people and not just customers.

Deegan was great! explained everything to us clearly as first time renters and kept us in the loop from start to finish. From viewing to offer accepted was easy and everything was done in a timely manner. Super lovely gentleman and made everything easy with no pressure or issues.

I am so grateful to Wards for completing the sale of my ex rental property, I really can’t thank them enough. Having already been through the eviction process and then having a private buyer pull out as they were unable to secure a mortgage, I was seriously considering the auction option as the property needed a lot of renovation work, so glad I didn’t.
As most sellers, I had several estate agents round, I then chose Hannah Forrest (Sales Manager from Wards Gillingham branch) she was the most sincere and honest by far. Straight away Hannah arranged open days on two consecutive Saturdays with a total of 17 viewings 7 offers resulting in one offer 10K over asking price, very happy.
Hannah was my first point of contact throughout however if she was unavailable the rest of the team at Wards were happy to help with any questions I had, if Hannah was unavailable.
