I recently used Martin Tolhurst for a recent sale & purchase of property.
From start to finish the team were professional, polite and respectfully explained the legal process clearly throughout.
Must make special note of one Emily Pope whom was amazing & really supported us at every step!

I recently sold my house and was recommended Martin Tolhurst to act on my behalf for the conveyancing. I had a very difficult sale as I was part of a large, convoluted chain, however Martin Tolhurst were fantastic at every step. I was kept updated with everything that they were doing to keep the process going, and they were at the end of the phone whenever I needed them. It was a very stressful time but definitely eased by their professional attitude and attention. In particular I want to thank Heidi Gray for her assistance throughout the whole process. She was so helpful and thoughtful from start to finish and responded to every email with patience and assurance (and I sent a lot!). Without her I believe the process would have been even harder. She is an asset to their team.
