I started my house sale journey with Will in Deal who was always friendly, professional and understanding. My situation wasn't straight forward, as with most people I'm sure, and the timing market wise was challenging, but I did always have confidence with the team in Deal that they would get the job done, which they did. I do wish to say thank you (apologies if I forget anyone!) to Lauren, Ellie, Dylan, Brooke and Amanda ... the property process is stressful and long winded but I always felt that I could reach out and the communication in return was always very much appreciated.

Very good ,so far so good. Wards have listened to my requirement and are on board with promoting my home and helping me to try and find my next one hopefully. They have been flexible with time scales and listened to situation. Wards have sold my last two houses so l'm hoping 3rd time lucky.
