Efficient, professional, helpful and helpful.

Leah Peacock has provided outstanding customer service throughout our tenancy. She is always professional, courteous, responsive, and keeps us well informed. She deals with maintenance issues promptly and follows them through with genuine care and efficiency. Leah Peacock is a great asset to Wards, and I highly recommend both her and the team.

I never usually write reviews, but Monika truly deserves one.
As a first-time buyer, I was feeling quite overwhelmed and unsure where to start. I contacted Wards to enquire about a property, and Monika, the Senior Sales Manager, went above and beyond. She gave me so much of her time, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood every step of the process.
She provided invaluable advice about mortgage brokers and solicitors, and thanks to her guidance I now feel much more confident and prepared to begin my home-buying journey.
Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine willingness to help were outstanding. I can't thank her enough for taking the time to support me. She is a real credit to Wards, and if anyone deserves a medal, it's Monika!

We are in the process of both selling our house and buying a new house on Kings Hill, Kent. The Kings Hill branch of Wards managed to sell our house for the asking price before it was marketed properly because Sam Turner knew a couple of clients who she (correctly) thought it would suit. Unfortunately, the house that we were initially hoping to buy fell through but, since then, Sam and Be Chapman have been extremely helpful and proactive in our search to find another suitable house. They are always available to answers questions/provide advice and have demonstrated a very good understanding of our key requirements.

I used wards at Sittingbourne for renting out my flat. From very early on I found them inadequate.
After any minor repairs that were requested I never got in invoice for what I paid , without asking for them.
When I decided to stop renting , and the tenants moved out , I found the flat dirty. My curtains had been washed and had shrunk and the remote for the ceiling fan missing.
I reported this, they didn’t even ask for a photo of the curtains!!
I was told they probably just needed ironing or cleaning, in which universe can that reverse shrinking I would like to know.i was offered a pittance compensation, which I said I want happy with but was told the decision was final

I would never use or recommend this company

Despite legal complications with my sale, Wards have kept me informed and been positive and helpful. Kim Batchelor has been particularly supportive, chasing solicitors and explaining what’s happening. She has kept me sane! Would definitely recommend.

We brought a house!!!! 1/2 way up a mountain and got a call from Wards and started negotiating the purchase of our new house. Crazy!!!

We had an excellent experience with Wards of Eynesford, who showed us the property on three separate occasions. They were always helpful, patient and professional throughout. They answered our questions clearly, kept us updated, and supported us through the process of securing the purchase.

Their friendly approach and prompt communication made a real difference, and we are very grateful for their help in making the purchase happen. Without them we wouldn't be moving into our "forever" home.

Wards Gravesend have been amazing from start to finish calling them to book a viewing was easy but the property didn’t work out for us, Tanisha kindly helped us by recommending some properties resulting in us finding the perfect home, Kenny is very prompt at his replies on email and was a pleasure on viewing the property with him, we was handed over to Kim who is so kind and helpful went above and beyond to answer all my weird and wonderful questions.

I was told by many buying your first home is the most stressful thing in your life well.. it was not at all stressful with wards.
Talking to all staff at wards felt like I was on the phone to my friends very relaxed

From previous experiences I have not had the most smooth journeys alongside estate agents, however with Wards it has been nothing but excellent communication throughout the process, for this I have been dealing with Maria Meddings and she has been wonderful to work with during a big stressful process!

The Tenterden branch did an absolutely amazing job of selling our house, it was sold immediately because of the way they marketed it before even going live. So they deserve 5 stars. Massively let down however the sale progressor team. I had no idea what was going on and had to constantly chase so this really did let the whole experience down as the whole thing became very stressful!

We arrived in Kings Hill knowing we wanted to move here but not knowing the area and the property market. Both Sam Turner and Be Chapman of Wards of Kings Hill were brilliant. They guided us and were always available for responding to questions regarding properties and how these would link in to our very specific needs. We found a wonderful house. This entire process was brilliant as it was not only about the sale of a property but Sam and Be were also hugely supportive as agents for both sellers and the buyers. Highly recommended for both sellers and buyers.!
