I have been renting a property from Wards Lettings for the last 3 and a half years. They are diligent and obliging along with being so professional, in so many ways. I highly recommend them. Over these years, whenever I've had to make telephone calls, the person I've spoken to has been kind, charming and listens, responding in a friendly, satisfying manner. I enjoy speaking to Emmet when I pay my rent, via telephone. Also Will. The staff I've met, in person, including, Tammy and Laura has been a pleasure, both of whom, have treated me in a friendly, caring & personable manner. Sadly, I have to re-locate, due to commute distance. Finally....such a huge mention of respect to Billy Flynn...this Man has showed me such respect, he listens, reacts in an amiable, friendly manner, so rare these days. Billy is such a warm-hearted Gentleman...."Nuff Respect" Sir. I had a problem.. never have I experienced such a compassionate response in a business capacity. He listens and responds so reassuringly. I haven't met him, in person, however, that's how it feels via telephone. Billy is a fantastic ambassador for Wards Of Kent. I truly wish His career prospers. Warmest Regards, Billy and Wards. Purchased a property through the Cliftonville branch and despite all the delays the solicitor caused Wards were always on the ball. Arranging surveys with the sellers directly for us, keeping us informed of everything via telephone rather than snail mail like "some" people.
From the viewing with Katy to updates from Emma and Victoria it always made my day hearing from them as it was always progreession news.
5 stars everyday.

Highly Recommend Wards Property Management
I have rented my property to the same tenants for the past six years, and the Wards Property Management team has done an excellent job managing it throughout. During this time, I worked with two Property Managers, Marc Steels and Joanne Saunders. Both were exceptionally supportive, professional, and instrumental in keeping the property in good working order, which in turn kept my tenants very happy. Sadly, I have now put the property on the market as the tenants had to relocate. I highly recommend Wards Lettings and Property Management. With the government’s newly implemented Renters’ Rights Act, the current landscape is a minefield best navigated by professional property managers like Marc and Joanne.

We would highly recommend Wards Estate Agents in Hythe for selling your home. A huge thank you to Mark, Darren, Ollie, Amelia and Amanda.
Mark went above and beyond to ensure any queries we had, no matter how complex, were answered quickly, so we were never left out of the loop.
Relocating is naturally a stressful process, but the team completely understood our situation and took so much of the weight off our shoulders.
There was no pressure to host viewings ourselves, they were more than happy to handle every viewing. Most importantly, they truly listened to what we needed, specifically ensuring we secured buyers in a strong, reliable position.
Their communication was second to none. They kept us in the loop at every single stage—answering enquiries and assisting us also with any concerns, Ollie was consistently calling back when promised, even if it was just to give a quick check-in to say there were no new updates.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for an estate agent who deliver as promised.

It’s been a journey
It’s been a journey! Gary had been very supportive of seeing this process through which has been a long one, couple of times wanted to take it off the market but persuaded me to keep it on! Hannah and Jenny have both been fabulous for generating bookings during the viewings period. A thanks to Luke as well. Kim fantastic with the STC period helping with the complicated process of keeping everyone updated with progress and any information/ issues that occurred!

Wards of Barnehurst (specifically Ann McDonald) helped us with our move after being with another agent for 18 months, went to wards of Barnehurst dealt with Ann and the house was sold in 3 weeks and we got our dream house in Herne Bay 2 mins from the sea, Ann also has a wonderful sense of humour but also did the business.
The biggest thanks go to Ann and the rest of the staff, I say to Wards do not lose this girl a big asset to Wards.
