Brakes broken and ignored by customer services

The brakes stopped working on our Andorra Luxe buggy after 6 weeks of intermittent use. Only one wheel now locks and consequently the buggy does not stop properly. It's dangerous.

I've emailed customer services who said they'd respond within 5 working days, it's been more than double that and still no response despite chasing.

This buggy came directly from Maxi Cosi and was gifted to us so I can't return it. If I could I absolutely would as they clearly do not care about selling defective goods that put children's lives in danger.

Don't trust reviews

When looking at reviews on the website keep in mind these are moderated - I left a 3 star review of a product and this was 'moderated' i.e. not published because they clearly aren't happy with it!

Terrible

Terrible had 2 new mattresses sent to me for the iora next to me both of which came dirty and just shoved in a box no plastic or any other wrapping so no idea it it is new or hygienic now the are not responding to my emails

Siège auto qui se décroche, SAV de mauvaise qualité.

J'acheté un siège et un socle pour enfant. Après l'avoir fixé avec soin nous roulons. Dans un virage, le siège se détache de la fixation et mon enfant est éjecté sur l'autre côté de la voiture, se trouvant coincé entre le siège et le maxi cosi.

Je contacte maxi cosi. Après plus d'un mois d'attente, la compagnie me propose de prendre le siège pour faire des analyses, sans offrir un siège de secours.

En résumé: produit défectueux (risque), attente de plus d'un mois, propose une analyse sans siège de remplacement nous laissant plus d'un mois sans siège?

Très décu de cette compagnie...

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I ordered FamilyFix 360 of £200 which was not delivered and got some bed sheets instead!! My baby being due in a few days!! Now i have to go somewhere else and buy the isofix otherwise we won't be able to bring baby home. No one is responding from Maxi-cosi - terrible terrible service!

Does the job

Got stuck after two uses and impossible to release it. After a lot of struggling it come out and now it's working properly again.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I had a car seat that I bought from another company which were excellent in sorting it for me But the clasp you lock the straps in broke the company I bought it from contacted them took them days to respond to them they gave all the information they needed well after 4 weeks of the company chasing them up nearly every day got a new seat. I tried to contact maxi cosi put no phone number so I emailed and messaged on Facebook and Instagram for them to reply once then when I replied to there message on Instagram they haven't even read my reply. Customer service is rubbish.

This website needs to be closed

This website needs to be closed. We had multiple options where to buy a child seat, all at the same price. What a catastrophic mistake it was to choose to buy from 'official' brand website. After 2 weeks the seat hasn't arrived. Tracking link is dead. Customer service is not responding. Something tells me it's not official. It's a scam guys. Stay away. Buy else where!

I wish i had read reviews before purchasing maxi cosi products.
After nearly 1 year of using this car seat as every day use, it has now become unsafe as the bottom belt has collapsed and my now 18 month old baby can not use this seat, and to add to the inconvenience the best service maxi cosi have offered me is to send them the car seat for repair!!!! , which is appalling.. what do i do in the meantime? i am glad i did not write a review in the early days, as this seat is meant to last for upto 4 years of age. clearly safety related issues and service offered is a 0!!!!
I put up a review on their actual website they semt me an email to say it has been removed. No wonder no negative reviews are visible. Which manipulates us consumers.

Don’t bother stay clear!

My pushchair seat broke within the first year.
I assumed they would replace it however, they made the entire process so tedious and long winded. I had to package the whole thing up and send it back to them for repair.
When it returned from the repair, the seat was returned even worse. I couldn’t decline the seat.
This company is trying everything they can to save costs and it’s at detriment to their customers.
Stay well clear of this company.

J’ai passer commande le 10/10/2021 d’une poussette Nova 4,
Numéro de commande 21000004386
À ce jour vous n’avez ni expédiée ma commande, ni même répondu avec réclamation.
Une réclamation à votre maison maire à été faite, vu le délais intenables de livraison et qui va au délais de vos conditions générale de vente visible sur votre site internet j’invoque mon droit de rétraction et exige le REMBOURSEMENT INTÉGRALE ET IMMÉDIAT DE MA COMMANDE.
Comprenez que ma fille à 4 semaines et es née prématurément j’ai un besoin immédiat d’une poussette pour ses nombreux rendez-vous médicaux et malheureusement je ne peut attendre d’avantage une commande qui n’arrive certainement jamais !
Je trouve cela impensable et décevant venant de votre marque (que j’appréciais énormément) De laisser des personnes sans moyen de contact réellement efficace, sans suivi de commande pourtant ma commande à quand à elle bien été débiter de mon compte bancaire le jour même !, et surtout ne respectant pas vos conditions de vente …

En attende (impatiemment) de mon remboursement intégrale.

We brought two titan plus maxi cosi car…

We brought two titan plus maxi cosi car seats. In under a year the glue came away on one. The customer services wanted to charge an extra £70 to rectify this. They have not sorted the issue, despite outside organisation's involved and no reply, disgusting!

La plus grosse erreur que j'ai faite est de ne pas avoir lu les commentaires majoritairement négatifs concernant cette société, le service client est inexistant, aucun service, comment une entreprise internationale de cette envergure peut imposer à ses clients de communiquer par formulaire sur leur site sans aucune possibilité de les contacter par téléphone? évitez de rencontrer le moindre problème lors d'une commande chez eux, fuyez car vous n'aurez aucun retour de leur part.
The biggest mistake I made is not having read the mostly negative comments about this company, customer service is nonexistent, no service, how an international company of this size can force its customers to communicate by form on their site without any possibility of contacting them by phone? Avoid encountering the slightest problem when ordering from them, flee because you will not have any feedback from them.

Broken product that won’t be replaced

I’m really disappointed with my experience, I brought the Iris 2in1 travel cot and was only able to use it for less then 2 months before the mattress became damaged. It is bending lengthways and therefore doesn’t lay flat in line with safe sleeping guidelines. I have been trying to get some help from customer service for the last 6 weeks and have been told they can’t solve it, send a new mattress or replace it which is appalling. I expect more from a company like Maxi-Cosi. £140 down the drain

The Maxi Cosi customer support is the…

The Maxi Cosi customer support is the least supportive service I’ve experienced. Very slow to respond and unhelpful. I purchased the Maxi Cosi zelia and in less than 4 months the front wheels began locking, this causes the pram to suddenly stop. Fortunately I purchased via Amazon and they have been brilliant otherwise Maxi Cosi would have made it extremely difficult to return and possibly have charged £90 for the privilege. You cannot speak to anyone and I have only managed to via Facebook messenger as they are justifying the lack of telephone communication on the pandemic over a year later. The car seat I purchased has a inner support which bobbled writhing weeks looking scruffy despite being brand new. I genuinely feel this company do not care. This is a safety concern and they should be bothered. I would have liked help choosing a replacement but seems as someone else I know has recently had a zelia snap it is probably best to steer clear (pardon the pun) fortunately she purchased from John Lewis so has been assisted well in the return.

Useless. Broke apart and unfit for purpose

We bought a maxi cosi car seat. No matter how tight we make it our baby is able to wriggle out of the seat belts and after only a few months of use the seat came apart from the polystyrene making the seat dangerous snd inaffective. We contacted maxi cosi within the warranty period and had no reply. We’ve had to make our own repairs. These are ridiculously expensive but are meant to last years. Please don’t waste your money on maxi cosi!

2019 Maxi-cosi Titan Plus car seat…

2019 Maxi-cosi Titan Plus car seat headrest detached from the base on its own accord, it was originally glued into place. Whilst communication was prompt and repair was arranged under warranty, collection and returned via DPD. Upon returning to us, the headrest styrofoam has been affixed to the Matt plastic base by gloss black polymer tape. The styrofoam is still cracked and crumbling, too. I’m not convinced that this is a safe repair to the manufacturer fault hence only 2 stars.

Maxi Cosi were superb Natural Baby Shower were Dire !

Maxi Cosi were superb in resolving the below issue.
Expecially Scarlett - different class
She understood fully the circumstances and offered us a replacement car seat straight away
Shame on you Natural Baby Shower - Learn from this !

To summarise our experience with Natural Baby Shower
They sold us the seat which had been fitted in the car\

To test the seat we took it on a very short journey and the cover immediately came away. We then stretched it back across and as soon as it’s sat on it comes off again.

We only have the old car seat which is too small our son now and not suitable.

When we found this fault we asked for a replacement item.

They refused to do so and want to repair on the grounds of them being an eco-company.

This car seat is new and clearly faulty.

We need something quickly to do the school runs.

Due to an underling health condition I am still clinically vulnerable and therefore still shielding

We were not actually offered the option of a loan seat until we had communicated with this company five times.

In any case a loan would not be suitable as we couldn’t guarantee it’s cleanliness.

As it is we won’t open a new seat for 48 hours to ensure its safety.

We have always bought this brand with both our children but never had an issue.

We now require a refund as we are within 60 days of purchase to enable us to buy another one of these seats elsewhere as quickly as possible

We will never buy from Natural Baby Shower again.
