Wow - our experience has been so different to the most recent reviews. Contacted maxi-cosi regarding a fault on our pushchair, which was out of warranty, but not by much. Maxi-Cosi requested a video of the fault and agreed to replace the pushchair once viewed. There was a slight delay in receiving this, but this was due to the Christmas break so completely understandable. We have used customer service previously and received great service then too. Can't fault at all based on our experiences and would even class it as great customer experience.

Lamantable. Des mois d'attente pour changer une pièce défectueuse. Je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse. Service après vente inexistant. Message automatique lors de la demande puis impossibilité de relancer par mail sans ouvrir un deuxième dossier.
Je n'achèterai plus rien de cette marque et j'emploierai mon temps à déconseillé les futurs parents d'acheter ces produits.

We wanted a new car seat and thought it best to go direct to the official website.. how wrong we were! After a week of not hearing anything about our order that was supposed to take 2-4 days to deliver, we went to our bank and cancelled the payment. Not impressed. I emailed the form on the website several times and got no response, not even sure anyone works there!
Don’t buy from here, we’re going to John Lewis now to get the same car seat.

I should have checked TrustPilot first as I do always. The delivery is taking too long. I have ordered this last week and they haven't at least shipped it yet (as of Friday this week). Therefore, I chose to cancel my order. When I contacted them 2 days ago through their website, they have just sent me a very standard response that looks like another automated response.

However, the cancellation process was easy and I got a quick response with a confirmation. It's sad because we have all maxi-cosy products (pram and other car seats) that never gave any trouble since 2017. But this wouldn't have arrived by the date I wanted it.

Nous avons acheté l'ensemble cosi, siège auto, base pivotante, poussette et nacelle chez Maxi Cosi, nous nous rendons compte après coup que l'adaptateur qui permet de fixer le cosi au châssis de la poussette n'est pas fourni avec. La marque a en effet choisi de les vendre séparément au prix de 35 euros. Après avoir déboursé près de 1500 euros chez eux, nous nous sommes permis de leur demander de faire un geste en nous offrant les adapteurs ou au minimum nous offrir une réduction mais ils ont choisi de répondre défavorablement à notre demande. Très déçus par la relation clientèle de chez Maxi cosi, dorénavant nous nous tournerons vers d'autres marques pour nos achats futurs.
Quant aux produits achetés, pour le moment nous ne pouvons pas faire de retour d'expérience, bébé n'étant pas encore né, nous ne les avons pas encore utilisés.

I have never regrated buying anything so much in my entire life.... Whe I found out I was pregnant, there was no doubt in my mind that we wanted the very best for our baby girl, so naturally we choose to buy a range of Maxi Cosy products.
As soon as we started using the pram (March 2022) we notices a couple of small issues with the pram, but mainly was the fact the main handle was very loose and how difficult was to fold the pram.
As time went on, these issue became even more noticeable, to the point that recently (8 months after we started using the pram) I am unable to use the pram because how unstable it feels and how difficult it is to fold it. In one instance I had to call for help, after doing a shop for the house, I came back to the car with the pram, put the baby on the car seat and I was simply unable to fold the pram.
I am unsure as to why a reputable brand like Maxi Cosy, would ever think it's acceptable to just so blatantly dismiss a customer like I have.
The original retailer wants nothing to do with the issue and neither does Maxi Cosy…. So now I am left with a pram that’s 8 months old, that has barely been used and that I am simply no longer comfortable using. I am over £1500 down and now I am having to try put some money together to buy a second pram….

I would actively avoid ordering from Maxi-cosi directly. They don’t deliver in the time window, have no UK based customer service or a call centre. The ridiculous web form process takes 3-5 days to reply.
Hardly great when you need the car seat you’ve ordered.
Interestingly though they were very quick to the money. If I don’t receive my car seat by Tuesday (that will be a week) I’ll my card company to recover the money. Good products awful service never again will

broken cot, company won’t respond
We purchased the Iora Co-Sleeper from the Maxi Cosi (UK) website. The co-sleeper met our expectations until it broke and now won’t stay in the 2 height position on one side, which is the proper height for our bed. I’ve contacted the company twice in 2 weeks ago and have received no response. I completed their online form regarding a broken product and to request a return. Nothing.
Meanwhile, our son either has to sleep at an angel and he rolls to the bottom, or sleep with us in the bed.
This poor level of customer service is wildly inappropriate.
Two broken parasols, child endangerment, non-existent customer service
Two broken parasols, the spokes of which which could easily have blinded my child when they broke. The second of these was only one month old. Maxi-Cosi's response so far has been to claim they've never had such a complaint before, and to insinuate that this is my fault. This is a terrible company, appalling customer service and products which endanger the safety of children, and they should be avoided at all costs.

Received Maxi Cosi pram bought through Amazon Zelia S Trio - four Items missing from box - rain cover - car seat adapters for pram - parasol adapter - changing bag - i have amazon order number so not able to message for Maxi Cosi. DO NOT BUY PRAMS ON WEBSITE GO TO A SHOP !!!!!! - have sent email to Maxi Cosi as recommended by Amazon and instant reply to say i am in 3 day queue - Cuctomer Service is very busy / I wonder why !!!!!

Terrible customer service ! I have been trying to return a product for 5 days and they do not reply to my emails , or the online customer form you have to fill in to get in touch ! They don't have a phone line, so I'm at a loss as to how to return this product.

Maxi cosi vous êtes des dangers avec vos poussettes. Cela fait 6 mois que j'ai leur poussette canne acheté 150 et aujourd'hui j'ai décidée d'en acheter une autre pour la sécurité de mon fils.
Entre la ceinture qui ne bloque pas toujours et la poussette qui bascule à cause des roues qui sont mal faites je dis stop.
Ce matin mon fils a basculé au sol poussette à l'arrêt et frein mis et il s'est fait très mal.
En plus de cela depuis le moins de juin que j'ai contactée le service client et toujours pas de nouvelles.

J’ai acheté la poussette Leona il y a 7 mois maintenant et cela fait 5 mois qu’elle est cassée! La partie gauche de la poussette se déboîte ce qui rend son utilisation dangereuse ! Je ne peux plus la plier ni la retourner !! Cela fait plusieurs mois que je me bat avec le SAV et je n’ai aucun retour de la part de la marque qui se désolidarise complètement, c’est honteux d’être aussi laxiste lorsqu’il s’agit de la sécurité d’un enfant! Je suis scandalisée! Et pour couronner le tout j’ai voulu laisser un avis sur leur site mais celui-ci n’a pas été accepté parce qu’il n’était pas favorable…

J'ai acheté une poussette Zelia 3 via le site revendeur rose ou bleu que vous fournissez. Cette poussette présente à l'ouverture un défaut, le bouton du guidon est enfoncé ce qui en empêche son réglage. Voilà maintenant près de 2 mois que le SAV du site essaie de vous contacter sans succès pour régler ce litige. Merci de faire le nécessaire.
