ZERO STARS.... as others have said, complete scam of a website. Not based in Ireland and using someone's home address as their base. Bought a dress that took 3 weeks to arrive even though the website says 5-7 days. Needed it for an event that had well passed. Will be reporting to EU consumer protection.

Zero rating is to high for this clothes shop. Worst service in the world have never encountered anything like it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP its dreadful to deal with.

Drop shippers. Fancy website and tracking set up but they are all about tricking people. You think you are ordering from an Irish Company and delivery will be from Ireland but they are just ordering from China on your behalf. Two weeks later my order hasnt arrived and I dont need the item anymore as the event I wanted it for has passed. Doubt i will be able to return it even if I do eventually receive it. Got an email saying it should have been delivered and they hoped I was enjoying my item but when I further checked tracking AnPost had not even gotten my package yet… I should have known something was dodgy when they asked people to complete the trust pilot review before the purchase was complete for a chance to win your purchase money back. I would conclude the 5 star reviews they have are fake ones they have either left themselves or people have stupidly given hoping to be picked as a winner.

Extremely good quality shoes extremely happy with them.

It doesn't deserve the 1 star this company stay away from, the quality of there product is not worth talking about, pride themselves on being Irish but to return a product they want it sent back to China. Not willing to engage. Better off shopping at Shein at least ya be fit to wear your items and they not be all ripped or missing stitching at seams.

Complete incompetence what was delivered was absolutely nothing like what was ordered after several attempts to give me a discount for something that was wrong they then stated a €50 charge for a return and 60 days. I will pursue a fraudulent purchase from this shower of incompetent idiots. I will also pursue there practice for returns in the EU as not legal.

Website easy to use, prices really good and I loved the selection

Hi I placed an order on the 31st of August that I needed for an occasion. I emailed numerous of times and no response. I finally recieved the order today. I was actually appalled and disgusted with my order. It was cream with brown pokidots and not to mention the quality was disgraceful when online as advertised was white with black pokidots. The outfit advertised was nothing like what I recieved!i waited for nearly two months for this order. I should have been refunded considering the length of time it took.

Ordered two dresses from their website.
Arrived but just didn't suit. Emailed to request returns slip as was advised to do on their website when requiring a return of item. I first emailed on 2nd Oct again on the 6th and 7th Oct to receive radio silence. This company's customer care is non existent and I and would strongly advise people not to purchase from them. This is very frustrating especially when you have spend over 100euro on dresses. A response from this company on this is required ASAP!!

SCAMMMM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are dishonest scammers. I tried to return an item because I found out they bought it from Amazon for a fraction of the price and tried to up sell it to me. Awful quality. But they told me to return it to China. The return cost me €25 and they don’t send you the refund money!
Worst online shopping experience ever.

So I was looking for a birthday dress, I went through multiple websites(and I literally mean 100s of them) Iooked at almost 300+ dresses. I’m turning 24 next month so I wanted something really special this year. This particular dress stuck on to me for the longest time. I mean I couldn’t get over it at all. I am so so happy that I made the right choice. It’s the most unique dress I saw out there. Love it!!!
