Jacket took weeks to arrive, it was shoddy, didn't fit although I ordered a size up, wrong colour and nothing like the website stated, its only fit for the dustbin.
Now im having the same problem as everyone else, offered 50% refund and said I could keep the jacket, I don't want it ! I want to return it and get my refund like im entitled to. Im now in the process of arguing with them over e mail. Do not buy from this awful company youll be highly disappointed.

The jacket has a clean and practical design. It works fine for both casual outings and everyday use, though it could be a bit more impressive overall.

1. Took ages to deliver the items and lack of communication/tracking

2. Website says they are based in Netherlands but are actually based in China. They offered me a 70% refund or I will have to pay £25+ to ship it back to China. Would not have bought if they had not been masquerading as a European company.

3. Very poor quality and fit of clothing. The clothes did not resemble the products on the website. Cheap material.

Not dropping this I am now taking this to citizens advice and small claims as they have taken my money,sent me a very poor quality clothing item that was overpriced which took nearly 3 weeks to come and now won’t let me return or get a full refund.
Item recieved on 29th March and this has been ongoing and unresolved since!

I ordered two shirts from this company.
They arrived ok but didn't fit well and weren't the same material as the photo on the website.
So I followed their returns policy which involves emailing them, which is a bit odd to start with.
They then ask for photos of the items! I said they're on your website why do you need photos?
Once i had challenged this they sent an email saying that i had to send the items at my own cost to China.
Basically this is a site pretending to look UK or at least European, their address is listed as Netherlands, but in fact they are in China and therefore the cost of any return is very high. They offered to refund 70% which is basically the same as paying for the returns and getting a full refund so I'm doing that.
Overall though, due to that returns policy it's a do not use.

Everything is easy to match, which saves me time. I don’t have to overthink my outfits anymore.

They say they will dispatch in two weeks, it took a month for the item to be delivered which was too late for the holiday I had wanted it for.
The item was too small and I am now in the process of having to send it back which I am sure is not going to be straight forward. As someone else has documented, they are asking me to measure it and take a photo. What company asks you to do that! I will wait the ridiculous cost of having to return it. I will never use them again and would advise no one else too.

UPDATE 27/3. They offered me a 70% refund and to keep the jacket IF I would consider removing my review. I see that as blackmail. What an absolute SHAM of a company, they need to be closed down. Im still waiting for the refund!!

I ordered a complete outfit including shoes, and everything coordinated effortlessly . Makes mornings getting dressed much easier.

The items delivered were not of satisfactory quality, stitching was wobbly and the sleeves finished badly. Despite the website listing the Netherlands as the location, returns have to be shipped to China.

The shoes were delivered on time and felt unexpectedly comfortable from the first time I wore them. There was no need for a break-in period, which I really appreciate.

Avoid. They claim to dispatch products within two weeks. They'll send you regular emails saying that your order is on its way when it's not. My order was dispatched 3 weeks after I placed it and 4 days after they assured me they'd cancelled it because it failed to arrive in time for me to use the shoes.

It took multiple emails to get them to cancel it and it turned out they lied when they said they'd done it. I've honestly never come across such a demonstrably dishonest retailer.

AMENDMENT 17/03/26: The shoes were delivered after almost a month, while I was away on the trip I'd ordered them for. Montarello agreed to refund the order in full and asked that I amend or delete this review. This is that amendment.

I wanted everyday clothing that does not feel overly designed and this turned out well . the trouser sit nicely and remain comfortable even during long hours

Please be aware returns have to be sent to china cost to return was £19-80 customer service is a joke they want you to measure the garment and send photos with measuring tape on it to see if it’s the size it claims on website I would never order from this site again

I picked up a casual jacket and shoes and they have quickly become my regular choice . They are easy to wear fit well and still feel current after weeks of use

I like clothing that does not follow short-term trends, and these pieces feel classic. They should easily remain part of my wardrobe for a long time.

Unfortunately the item took longer to arrive than company stated as it was sent from China. Ordered on 31st January 2025 arrived today 16th February

I ordered a jacket and bottoms, and they fit perfectly into my daily routine. Nothing flashy, just comfortable items that look polished without any extra effort.

The clothing feels easy to wear and style. A simple combination of a top and jacket looks polished and presentable.

The overall quality is solid for the price . the items feel practical and suitable for everyday wear

The tops feel soft and are comfortable enough to wear all day. The clean designs make them easy to pair with most pieces in my wardrobe.
