Absolutely disgraceful. Purchased over 150euro worth....all straight from China... when you look to return it you have to pay all the customs and fees back to China. Do not buy here....quality of clothing is nothing short of shocking. Very disappointed

Ordered what looked to be a beautiful dress online for my engagement party, what arrived was cheap tat. Nothing in comparison to what was advertised. Cheap material, extremly poor quality, going to return the item and hopefully get my money back, avoid at all cost .

I ordered a dress from this company and cancelled within 6 hours. They confirmed my withdrawal but still proceeded to send the item. They will not provide a return label and won’t issue me a refund unless I return the item at my own cost, which they advise to return to china and not Netherlands were they are ment to be based. I have been in contact with them since the 17th of august trying to get a resolution but no avail. The quality of the dress is shocking i could order the same thing on SHEIN for half the price. Do not recommend this store at all.

I ordered four garments from Brennan Dublin, advertised as being on sale, for approximately €170 in total. Only three of the four items arrived, and I am still waiting for one garment that cost €60.

Unfortunately, the three items I received were extremely disappointing. They looked nothing like the photographs on the website, the materials appeared completely different, and the quality was shockingly poor. The items are also too large for me and, in my opinion, are completely unwearable.

I have now been trying to arrange a return and refund through customer support for **three and a half weeks**. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation, I continue to be asked for more information about why I want to return the items, and I still have not been given a satisfactory resolution.

I originally came across the company through an Instagram advert. I did some research before ordering and understood that the company was Irish and had a warehouse in the Netherlands. Based on my experience, that does not appear to reflect where my order is actually being fulfilled from, as the items have been coming directly from China.

I’m embarrassed that I fell for the advertising, particularly as I did take the time to research the company beforehand. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would **not recommend ordering from this site**.

I simply want to return the three items I received, receive a full refund, and get a resolution regarding the €60 item that has never arrived.

An absolute joke of a website! Paid €57 for a dress I found on SHEIN for €18. Exact same pictures and model! Went to cancel the parcel and got confirmation that my order was cancelled yet they still sent out the package! Now they expect me to pay for return to get a full refund, AVOID!!! Same material as SHEIN! More than likely are coming from the same warehouse! No proper tags on clothing either!

Not an irish company, everything comes from china and very poor quality and expensive enough. RETURNS also disaster!! They offer u 10% partial refund and keep it or send it back to China which cost about 50 euro...

The garment they said was not as described in the picture. It was very cheap plastic material. The quality was actually shocking. This is pretty much a scam website. Avoid.

This is a scam company. It poses as a local Irish family business, but ships extremely cheap low quality items from some kind of central processing hub in China. Dresses, shoes, they are all terrible quality and the fraudulent company name says it all. Shipping also takes weeks- but the website tricks you into thinking that you are buying locally and will have the item in a couple of days. You might as well order off TEMU as off of here-it’s better value and you know what you are getting with them.

This is not an European website , all returns have to be paid by the customer to China , included tax and customs ! A scam , quality is worst than Temu !

Shocking garbage. Looked like it was an Irish/dutch company however it was cheap rubbish from China. Came rolled up in a bag like a pack of dusters. Shame on this company and shame on Irish authorities for allowing them to masquerade as an Irish company

A scam. Ordered a dress for €80 euro in a size small. After a month and past the event i needed the dress for i got an email to say the dress i’d order was sold out and would a different colour in size large suit?! 🫠🤦🏼‍♀️
I requested a refund and did get it. That’s the only reason this is getting a single star.
The email responses seem to be AI too.

Scam. Another Chinese company pretending to be European. It has no connection with Dublin or the Netherlands where it might be registered. Clothes are extremely poor quality and nothing like the photos advertising its products. Al the 5 star reviews must be fake.

The clothes I ordered looked nothing like what was on the website. They’re cheap and horrible and not worth the money I spent on them. I returned the package 3 weeks ago and it cost me €36 to return. I was unaware at the time of ordering that my package was coming from China and that it would cost me that much to return it. I am still waiting for my refund 😡

AVOID this company at all costs. Clothes are absolute rubbish from China. You will never get anywhere with return requests. Absolute scammers !!!

This company is spam , no an European company is Chinese , clothes material are cheap and flimsy , you can find the same dresses in Shein and Temu , all returns has to made to China , and you will have to pay for returning the package , tax and customs fees, stay away from it!

Avoid this website. I thought it was an Irish company so i trusted the website. It’s cheap quality from China. I ordered a pair of men’s low top sneakers, they didn’t give me the right size shoes, the shoes were at least 2 sizes too small and there’s no tags on the actual shoes to tell what the size even is. A complete waste of money. Never again

STAY AWAY!
Bogus, company pretending to be an Irish online store but they're selling cheap, poor quality chinese clothes at premium prices that you only realise once it's shipped and the tracking says it's leaving China. I ordered a calf length wool coat and received a thigh long 100% polyester fleece that barely resembles a coat. Customer services is quick to come back but wanting me to foot the bill of the return....TO CHINA! Also to pay for any tax/customs fees.... only for them conveniently not receive the package so no refund. I am furious and quite frankly embarrassed. Steer clear from these scammers.
