Me and my boyfriend went to the York-Vangarde restaurant to celebrate his birthday and had the best time, the food was amazing and KJ and Antonia made sure we got to try everything and then brought our favourites back around. They did not hold back on the food either… we left stuffed! Can’t recommend coming here enough, such lovely staff, experience and food, will be coming back.

I have visited the Norwich branch several times and has become my go-to for anyone visiting. Great selection of meat, great service and a great environment.

Late response, I visited with family, & Oh WOW, SO much delicious food, spoilt for choice & brim full of almost every single food choice brought to the table. Salad bar is a must have, although don't overdo as there's so much to select in the main's you won't have room to try EVERYTHING. Mine Host, well he's brilliant, A MUST GO TO Eatery.
Set prices lunch & dinner, so apart from drinks, no shocks when the bill arrives.

We arrived a large group of us, without booking, after walking out of our booked table at another restaurant. From the start the staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, the whole atmosphere in the restaurant, was friendly and relaxed, the salad bar is the best in Doncaster, if not the UK. The waitresses were knowledgeable, it became the best birthday meal ever, been several times, never disappointed. Thank you for making my 60th a memorable one 💖

Very disappointed ! I had to go up and have 2 servings of the salad bar before we even noticed a waiter come to the table with any meat.
I had to ask in the end as there where to many customers and not enough to go around.
I won't be going back in a hurry if ever at the price.

Recently went here with 3 of my mates- excellent service and food was brilliant. Bruna in particular was very helpful. Will be coming again.

4/5 - I only deducted one point due to price. I think the food is reasonable but the soft drinks are far too expensive. And also they added the service charge, I would rather decide on tip.
Service was excellent though as was the food.
I have no hesitation in either going back or recommending

Very Poor Service clearly understaffed
Asked for table water 4 times finally came 20 minutes later.
Only offered 6 types of meat not the 15 advertised.
Waiters repeatedly missing our table
No one offered the ability to order a second drink during the meal.
Gaps in the buffet
Poor value and experience for the money and 10% service fee added for a small group

Absolutely amazing experience from the moment we stepped inside the restaurant. We received the warmest of welcomes and all the Staff were cheerful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and were able to recommend things for us to try. The food was excellent quality and all the meat was cooked to perfection. lots to choose from the Salad bar. The atmosphere was superb - such a great vibe. Thoroughly enjoyable evening and cant wait to go back again when we next visit Beverley.
Extra special thank you to Becks X and Mavs who were absolutely fantastic in ensuring we had a great night celebrating. Cannot thank them enough for making it a night to remember. You are truly the best.

We came here on a whim for our anniversary not really knowing anything about it. We were so pleased. Wonderful place with amazing food and lovely staff. We were served by Rosa who was so polite, friendly and helpful. She made the experience all the better.

Visited the York branch today in a party of 8 to celebrate my wife and eldest daughter's birthdays. All the staff were incredible, friendly, attentive and extremely helpful, and the food was excellent. The salad bar is extensive and very fresh, and the meats are high quality and cooked to perfection. My wife had the fish option, which was excellent too. We arrived with 2 birthday cakes, which the staff took, then brought out after our mains with candles, plates, spoons and knives to cut them, and proceeded to sing a chorus of Happy Birthday. We'll definitely be returning

We visited the Aberdeen restaurant tonight for our 7th wedding anniversary and I can not fault it at all. Amazing, attentive staff from the minute we walked through the door. The salad bar was all beautiful and fresh and as for the meat... so so succulent. Would highly recommend. No complaints whatsoever.
