I bought 3 heaters for wall mounting, and had to cut the plugs off as the wall had fused hard wiring points and not sockets. Two of the heaters worked fine, but one was faulty from the start, so I contacted Devola. Once they realised that the plug had been cut off they refused to replace or repair the heater, saying that the warranty was voided, even though the heater was faulty. Very poor customer service

Two really nice technicians installed our fibre cabling and broadband. They arrived promptly and quickly set about digging a narrow trench for the cabling in the wind and rain with smiles on their faces.
They worked quickly and efficiently with no disruption to us, and left the place clean and tidy

Spent a wonderful 5 days on a Norwegian Fjords cruise onboard Borealis with Fred Olsen.
The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, the ship was lovely with a very high level of hygiene and the food was fabulous.
This was our first cruise and we're looking forward to booking another with Fred Olsen

Ordered flowers from Next thinking that they would be high quality, particularly as their prices are pretty high. The flowers arrived on time, but I was amazed at how small the bouquet was. Having spent £50 the bouquet was the same size as a £12-£15 supermarket one. To add salt to the wound, the flowers are wilting after just 2 days, even though the stems were trimmed and flowers put into water with supplied feed immediately.
Sorry Next, you need to stick with the products you know, namely clothing

Visited the York branch today in a party of 8 to celebrate my wife and eldest daughter's birthdays. All the staff were incredible, friendly, attentive and extremely helpful, and the food was excellent. The salad bar is extensive and very fresh, and the meats are high quality and cooked to perfection. My wife had the fish option, which was excellent too. We arrived with 2 birthday cakes, which the staff took, then brought out after our mains with candles, plates, spoons and knives to cut them, and proceeded to sing a chorus of Happy Birthday. We'll definitely be returning

Having purchased a new pair of hiking boots from Go Outdoors at a a great price, I somehow managed to leave my wallet with all my cash, credit cards, driving licence etc at the checkout.
I realised a day later that my wallet was missing, & after searching everywhere at home, rang the Wakefield store & spoke to Dianela & Sarah, who confirmed that they had found my wallet, & it was in a safe place awaiting collection.
I went back to the store & retrieved the wallet, which was fully intact with nothing missing.
What a relief, & big thanks go out to Dianiela & Sarah, who were both extremely helpful & friendly.

The 100 red roses arrived very promptly and were well packaged too in a large cardboard box to ensure there was no damage and plenty of room to breathe.

They were beautiful flowers, my wife was very pleased with them, and I would have given 5 stars, except that the roses were a little on the small side.

Great service from Green Network Energy. Prices are good and the phone app is very easy to use, allowing you to send meter readings & see your bills

Great price for motorcycle tyres, & delivered within a few days.
The only reason I didn't award 5 stars is because I ordered 3 tyres together, but they were split onto 3 separate orders, & arrived on different days. This was OK for me as I had them sent to a work address, but would have been bad if I had been waiting at home for delivery
