We arrived a large group of us, without booking, after walking out of our booked table at another restaurant. From the start the staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, the whole atmosphere in the restaurant, was friendly and relaxed, the salad bar is the best in Doncaster, if not the UK. The waitresses were knowledgeable, it became the best birthday meal ever, been several times, never disappointed. Thank you for making my 60th a memorable one 💖

TGI Fridays Doncaster, booked a table for 9 several weeks ago, bottomless brunch, it was for a birthday, informed them of people who are gluten, lactose intolerant, and pescatarian. When we arrived yesterday, we were informed the sharing dishes is for two people. The person who was gluten intolerant, would have to choose from the main menu, which meant all of us had to choose from the main menu, the waitress tried to be helpful, but had to get someone else. It was a very take it or leave it attitude. We left without ordering. They could have informed about this at initial booking. Cherry on the cake, one of the group heard the waitress complaining we were being awful to another member of staff. I didn't realise we would be classed in the wrong, for getting clarification, on a menu not fully thought out. Will not be going again
