The service and food was terrible. I visited this restaurant in Aberdeen before and I really enjoyed it, but this time the meat was terrible, hard to eat, extremely raw, etc, I went for dinner, we were a group of 5 people, and they didn't offer all the meats that says on the menu. I basically paid the full price to eat some food from the salad bar only. I spoke with the staff and they didn't say anything, ignore me and no apologies. And no manager available to speak. I never seen a customer service like this, really bad, I am really disappointed and I'm not planning coming back.

The worst service & food ever experienced for a long time,possibly ever. Rude staff, tough cheap meat, thin sliver portion of cinnamon pineapple.., ask for more at your peril!! Terrible restaurant.

I was overcharged by £48 for a meal in September and advised to contact Head Office. I did this and they agreed a refund was due. Despite numerous emails chasing this up, I have still not been refunded and now Head Office are ignoring my emails. There doesn't appear to be any other means of contacting them.

I purchased some vouchers online £75's worth for a Christmas gift. When they were sent via email and I have printed them out, they were only valid for 30 days even though it states around 2 years! I have been trying to contact someone for 7 days now...Which can only be done via email and I've had no response at all, I've emailed the voucher email address online and the info email. I've called the restaurant and they can't help me but said they would contact head office and ask them to respond, still nothing.
I need someone to sort this as the voucher runs out 25/12/2024 so can't be given as a Christmas gift as it's intended purpose and I can't re purchase them as I haven't put extra money aside for this.
Really annoying that no one is making contact...
I'd advise that you don't by vouchers for gifts!

Asked for garlic bread 3 times took 40 minutes. salad bar; 1 cold meat chorizo, ages serving & fillet steak came once given small cut asked for another told no will come again it didn't! Then got bill I was charged £49.95 for bottomless inc 2 drinks told £42.95 queried it told its gone up but manager told me £42.95. My friend was charged £37.95 August offer clearly £30.. a service charge £10.06 added no choice. I said service was terrible shouldn't charge extra but manager said too late he'd printed bill.. also £1 Zizi again no choice.. A terrible experience & totally embarrassing we only wanted a nice meal not an ordeal & told a liar.. contacted Head office for refund; can't phone only email after numerous unanswered sent me £10.06 still waiting the rest.. Avoid the "special offers scam" .. Once purchased they can take what they like !!

Very underwhelming. Poor selection of meat, some not available… we saw 10 of 15 items available. One of our party doesn’t eat red meat which seemed fine as chicken thighs, wings, gammon and chicken and bacon available. However, all they had was one chicken thigh and one chicken wing, salad bar and some sides for £42.95. Poor service, had to chase all drinks and ask for food over 5 times. Table of 4 with 6 beers and 2 bottles of water £250, complete rip off! Birthday celebration fell flat, very disappointed

This has been another visit this one being the best ever, the manager on greeting us was fantastic and took on board I was a veteran on production of my card and also that it was my partners birthday,
The meat servers were attentive and showed great knowledge of there craft, and as the bill came my partner was given a little cake and candle to blow out and this final action made our visit even better.

Awful quality, overpriced meat. The highlight of the meal was the peppercorn sauce. £40 for tasteless leather. £4.50 for a pint of draught Pepsi. Charity and service added automatically to the bill. Aberdeen site but guessing they source their excuse for stock from the same place wherever they are.

Terrible.

Wasn’t told about the £23.28 service charge added to the bill ,or the charity donation added , £9.00 for a glass of mediocre wine , £42.95 per head , too excessive for the amount of meat you are given , not worth it

We took our niece and her partner to celebrate their exam results and the service and food was outstanding! The best tasting meats, the incredible cinnamon pineapple, all served with a smile and beautiful manners. We have been to Estabulo several times and have never had a bad service. The young lady who waited our table this evening could not have done more! Congratulations on an amazing team of staff!!

Lovely food and amazing service from Tanatswa

We love the food at the Doncaster branch, T our waiter made us feel so warm and welcomed, nothing was too much for him at all and he looked after our table superbly he deffinately enjoys his job and it’s so lovely to see that! Get the man a promotion 👌

Attentive service and great food as always. Even early dinner there was a great selection of perfectly cooked meats and they just kept coming. Thanks again to Tanatswa, we’ll be back, we love this place.

Went to the Norwich branch for a Stag do meal, Had high expectations but very disappointed. Very little meat came around and when it did it was duplicated, after our hour and a half slot had expired lots of other different meat started to appear which were not offered to our table, bottomless fries were never replenished either. £55 each for 6 or 7 small pieces of meat! Left feeling over changed and hungry! Went for more food later in the evening. Will definitely not recommend or return.

The whole experience was amazing. Elias and Sik were fabulous and helped us enjoy our anniversary meal in the best way. We were spoilt and given an amazing night to finish off our day. Thank you so much for the time and effort from Estabulo Doncaster x

Second time around and it just as lovely as the first time. Excellent customer service from front of staff who are always personable and friendly and check in on you to make sure you are having a great experience. I took my daughter this time who doesn't normally have a big appertite but I have never seen her eat as much as she did!!!!
The food / salad bar is spectacular and has so much available to compliment your meat when it arrives - I always eat too much here but it's great and whenever they have a deal or offer on it's definaytely worth it.

Never been before - We spent £127.45 for 1 bottle of wine, a plate of salad, with some chicken and steak which was good but not worth nearly £68 per head!
Nobody explained the workings of the restaurant, fair enough you could have as much meat as you want but some of us can’t stuff our faces that much to get your moneys worth - very disappointed ☹️
