I ordered a custom cover that is faulty at the seam in a few spots. Water gets through holes where the sides appear to not be tightly sewn. I sent photos to Coverstore documenting the water penetration issues at the seams. They responded that they would not accept a return and do not consider this defect to be part of their warranty program. I now have a custom cover that allows water in and is unusable.

Purchased a custom cushion and waited 30 days and they sent me a tracking number that never worked. I waited 48 hours as advised by their website for tracking, there was still no tracking info available. Contacted customer service and had to wait another 48 hours for them to get back to me and let me know that my shipment had been lost. They offered to send me a new one but I would have to wait another supposed 20 days until it would be received. I asked them how much of a discount they were going to refund me and they said they weren’t going to give me any discount. I canceled my order and requested a refund. Do yourself the favor and go to your local upholstery shop, you will have new cushions or covers in no time and you will be supporting local.

I bought covers for my outdoor table/chairs and chaise lounges. I bought the green. Within 2 weeks or less they faded from the sun. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go to Hone Depot or Target, they sell nice ones for less money.

Do NOT order from this company. Even after admitting a dimension error on a patio furniture cover, they did not offer to remake the piece, but rather offered a 30% store credit instead of a credit of my credit card! Why would I EVER order from then again???? Putting themselves first even after making a mistake! Their process is poor and their customer service is even worse!

This company says it offers a 7 year warranty for it's chaise lounge covers. Mine leaks after less than a year's use and they won't stand by their warranty. I'll never buy anything from them again.

Poor quality. Purchased the ultima cover and cushions got soaked this past rainy weekend. 4 years ago I purchase the elite which is lesser quality and never had wet cushions even to this day. Seems their quality changed.

Do not order from this company they lie when you buy and say it’ll ship within two weeks and then you get an email and says it’s not going to deliver to almost 4 weeks later. It is a classic bait and switch. I placed an order on April 26. It said it’ll ship in two weeks today is May 8 and now I am told that it is estimated to be delivered on May 21.

This is not chill. This is four weeks.

I have filed fraud charges with American Express, and I have a complaint going into the Texas Attorney General’s office with all the proof.

Additionally, the customer service is horrible. The lady was rude to me and argued with me and talked over me. They don’t need customers. They just need to stop people buy their stuff to get screwed over.

While I understand I may have misinterpreted the dimensions when placing my order, the price point is extremely misleading and strongly implies a much larger, more substantial product. Receiving a tiny 7” cube for over $100 was honestly shocking and incredibly disappointing.
Hiding behind a “custom sizing” label to deny returns feels unfair and leaves customers stuck with an item that does not match reasonable expectations for the cost. I have absolutely no practical use for the product I ended up stuck with. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company to double- and triple-check all measurements, because what you receive may be far from what the pricing suggests.

I bought the ultima ripstop that has a 7 year warranty. The cover is now torn and ripping and it is less than 5 years. The warranty does not cover: (f) Normal Wear and Degradation: Normal wear and tear; discoloration; fading; staining; soiling; accumulation of dirt, dust, pollen, or debris; growth of mold, mildew, algae, or fungi; oxidation; or any deterioration attributable to environmental exposure or the passage of time;

(i) Environmental Exposure: Deterioration, fading, brittleness, or breakdown of materials caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet (UV) radiation, salt air, industrial pollutants, chemicals, or other environmental factors;

this product is designed to be outside to protect patio furniture but the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or exposure to sunlight or any defects due to the passage of time . so really, there is no warranty. Total BS

Be careful with this company - I purchased their best "premium" cover material with a 10 year warranty. I read the warranty - IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS. They have so many exclusions that ALL the things you would expect a warranty to cover - IT DOESN'T. Fading, nope. Tears, nope. Water penetration, Nope! (despite this last one being the main reason most people will get this cover!) This is a textbook case of a seeming fraud and scam behavior - marketing a warranty that is basically useless, and an example of how a company doesn't stand behind their product.

One of my covers started cracking and falling apart right after the 2 year warranty expired. Contacted company and they were quick to point this warranty exporation quickly. I have multiple covers and all but this one are just faded. This one was for sure a different low quality material. Ill try a different company in the future.

I purchased the most expensive custom fit covers with a supposed 10 year warranty. I’m at about year two, and there is mold on the underneath side of the covers. I have never experienced this problem before with even the cheapest covers. When I contacted the company, they said that wasn’t covered under warranty and maybe I should try to bleach it. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

The Christmas tree cover we bought was fantastic and easy to put together. Shipping was fast and easy. The cover was able to fit our whole tree and another small tree without much squishing.

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is horrible. Warranty Department is impossible to deal with. Had two defective covers and they will not refund my money.

The covers are good quality, but the sizing is hard to determine and the company will NOT work with you. You buy it, you own it, so be careful. I'd recommend amazon or a company with better customer support. Their covers are good, but you can get covers just as good through other companies that will work with you. Better to be safe than sorry.

Not surprised they have such a low rating. DIFFICULT, UNHELPFUL, CUSTOMER ADVERSED.

How long will they be in business?

Placed order on a Sunday cancelled 10 minutes later, as realized it was wrong size. Two days later they write and say you cannot cancel orders. THEY DELIVERED IS 10 DAYS LATE. They said I could return it but would have to pay overseas postage of $48.00 . They need to take a page out of Amazon's book.

I’m extremely disappointed with this cover. After the first rainfall, the seams ripped wide open. At no point did the seller disclose that the cover cannot withstand rain — which is the entire reason I purchased it. Had I known this, I never would have spent over $800 on a product that fails to perform its most basic purpose.

When I reached out for help, they did not offer to repair it, replace it, or provide a refund. For the price, I expected durability and at least some level of customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither.

I cannot recommend this product. Save your money.

Placed my order. Did not show up when estimated, Had to cover my BBQ as rain was expected so I went and bought another one.

Almost a month later, still no order. Checked all entrances, and with neighbors and USPS. No dice.

Coverstore will not refund me, only a replacement - which I no longer need - or store credit,

Our zipper failed for our patio umbrella cover. It was out of the 3 year warranty by 30 days. They offered a 25% discount which we found unacceptable.
We are long time customers .
Very unsatisfied.
