Mijn bestelling ging niet goed.
Ik kreeg bericht met de vraag wat er fout was gegaan met de bestelling.
Daarna ben ik super geholpen, en heb mijn schoenen met extra korting kunnen bestellen.
Van de kwaliteit weet ik nog niks, maar de klantenservice was zeer prettig.
So I have been a faithful Leatherology customer. In the past and always my go to color was the Scarlett (red). This February the came out with the Buoy red ( more pink red,not deep or bright red) but its not orange red . But it's a red and Leatherology had discontinued my Scarlett red. Because Red is my color so I ordered a few item in this new Bouy red not bad. Love the old oiled smooth leather quality that some items still have others do not. Like I said I'm faithful to Leatherology because it's solid leather no logos( I do not get paid to carry logos or names unless it's my name) So will continue to purchase my faithful favorite leathers in different colors and designs. I have so many items That I love especially anything in red.
The Leatherology software sent Federal Express the wrong address, although my order stipulates the correct address. I phoned Leatherology, who initially said I should take up the problem with FedEx. I reacted with astonishment, was placed on hold, and then told I would receive a phone call by the end of the day. The call never came, and my purchase never arrived. Leatherology again told me to take up the problem with FedEx. Evidently, Leatherology didn't consider it their responsibility, and the company refused to refund my money. Do business with Leatherology at your own risk.
Leatherology customer service has been insanely frustrating to work with. I’m not even sure why they have customer service representatives. My order is late. It was originally stated to be delivered and I’m now being told it will be shipped sometime next year.. I tried to cancel. They will not allow it, despite the bag clearly not made yet if not shipping until next year? I tried to cancel the monogramming, as this was a Christmas present and will need to be replaced with another gift due to time. They will not allow that either. I am contacting my credit card company in the hopes of some resolution. Please steer clear of this company. Money lost.
I purchased the thin bifold wallet for $70 and within the first year, my credit cards started falling out of the pouches from regular usage. Seriously, with just light movements they're sliding out all over the place. I've had to start stuffing the pouches with old extra cards just to keep everything in place. I've never had this happen with wallets that cost less than half the price. For as much as this thing costs, I expect a lot more, especially not even a year into ownership. I would actively recommend that people avoid this brand.

Horrible customer service, haven't posted my order in over a week, declined my request to cancel even though it is clearly not sent.
Looks like another scam site selling poor quality drop shipped rubbish.
I bought 2 of the sunglass cases with the carabiner to clip to your purse. I tried them both probably 3 times each and they all fell off my purse at some point. The carabiner is not a good option as it comes loose. What a great concept but a big fail. Never order from this company again.
Incredibly bad quality and customer service. The zipper broke on my Ipad leather case from Leatherology within 12 months of purchase. I submitted a warranty claim. They have not been responsive to the three phone calls that I have made. They tell me that a “supervisor” needs to address it, and she is not available. Really? So sad to see a company slide backwards on customer service. Will never buy anything from them again.
Customer service is terrible. They fail to respond to all customer service requests. Very disappointing.

Één ster is nog teveel, maar minder kan niet. Onbetrouwbaar, levert niet (zoals bij mij) en als hij levert dan zijn het namaak jassen. De afbeeldingen zijn van winkels gekopieerd, maar niet wat je krijgt.
Koop hier niet, oplichters uit Pakistan.
Bij betaling wordt het geld bedrag over gezet in Pakistaans valuta's.
Telefonisch ook niet bereikbaar.
En ook het adres daar zitten zij niet.

Placed an order on Friday night & contacted them on Saturday morning that I needed to change the color of the the monogram. They said no. I was a really good customer and bought multiple things through the years, but will never order another item from them. They kept telling me that the order is sealed and you cannot make any changes even though it takes two weeks to arrive. You don’t think that they could go and locate that order and just change the color of the monogram???
I'm surprised to read the negative reviews. I went out of my way to find a way to leave a review because I am so impressed with this company. I placed my order on Sunday, and was given arrival date after Valentine's day. I was surprised to receive it 4 days later, the day before Valentine's day. The wallet is personalized and beautiful. It was a pleasant surprise.
Awful service - shipping isn't what they state and they simply lie and dont care.

The company doesn’t take responsibility for their mistake
Weren’t able to ship my order in a timely manner so the product would have arrived too late as it was bought fir an event yet they refuse to refund and only offered a store credit
Basically any reputable company would have instantly apologized and offered a refund and they didn’t
Plus now I read reviews the their products aren’t good quality
Angry and disappointing I suggest you take your business elsewhere if you are looking for leather goods

I was hesitant, though excited, to be spending this much money on a wallet for the first time in my life.
I purchased this wallet in January 2024.
As I sit writing this review in August 2024, I am disappointed both with the wallet itself and with my customer service experience.

Customer support offered me a replacement or store credit. I do not want either of those. My request for a full refund was denied and deemed "not feasible".
I do not expect a wallet to last forever, but at $106, making it through the first year seems like a reasonable expectation. I wish Leatherology would fully stand by their products. My star rating reflects my overall experience: extremely negative.
Do yourself a favor, save the $100+ bucks and consider driving to your local Macy's and buying a Perry Ellis genuine leather wallet for approximately half the price. That's what I did. It's not as nice and the name isn't as fancy but my hypothesis is it's not going to have too much trouble lasting longer than 7 months.
