Horrible customer service: Edit:they reached out and tried to make it right

Edit: they reached out to me today to give me an update and expected ship date. Which is all I wanted. I appreciate the contact.

Horrible customer service. My order has an arrival date that is not possible since it is still in production two weeks later. Attempted to reach them via phone, email and chat. Phone gets me to position 1 them bumps me back to position 3 or 4. No reply to email or website chat. I am likely going to contact my cc company and reverse the charge.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service and communication! I placed an order in March that was due here at the beginning of April. When I hadn’t heard about it shipping yet I checked in on the order to see what was going on. It was then that I saw that they had messaged me with a question. I never got an email
Notification that they had a question. They never called. The order was then due to arrive before the 20th and still no cushion. I have tried to call and to use the chat feature. No one answered the phone after 30 minutes on hold. And after an hour with no answer on the chat I went and did something else. When I came Back they said because I hadn’t answered they had ended the chat….
This is a scam!! Do not order from this company!

Edited to add: you NEVER called me!! I didn’t receive an email about the first issue. It wasn’t until I went to check that I saw the message!! And it was I who called to verify that the NEW delivery date was accurate!! And yet STILL the item was not only not shipped when promised it wasn’t even completed by the date it was due to arrive!!
It wasn’t until after I wrote reviews and messaged the company on Instagram that I got a reply!! I have asked for
A full refund which they say should
Arrive within a week. They also have requested that I change my reviews since they issued me a refund.

Disastrous experiences, abyssmal customer service

Frames arrived close to time promised, missing hardware, missing wood trim, missing thread inserts for bolts, and back of frame was bent to the point that it couldn't be used. Cushions did not arrive, and there is no tracking information. Contacted customer service and they cannot give me any information, stated someone would be in touch in 1-2 days.

The lounge cushion upper panel fabric…

The lounge cushion upper panel fabric runs opposite way on the sides. The cushions do not match, also the seems are stretched , threads showing, tells me No Quality Control, and when I called, no manager was told 24 to 48 hours call back, and it’s over 72 hours and no call back. This is a poor business ripping people off with the price they charge. Never again will they get my business.

High-Quality Products

You have very high-quality products and I intend to buy from you again. However, I was very disappointed when I was not able to return items that I had incorrectly measured. I certainly understand, given these are custom made, but I do think you would have been able to re-sell. That said, I recommend that you emphasize (i.e., in big bold) that most items are non-returnable, given they are custom manufactured.

Customer service ?

Customer service ?
They made two cushions of the same color fabric but cut the fabric differently for each cushion. This make the cushions when side by side to have different shades. Ive sent pictures per their request.
I've asked them to make a new cover with the warp going front to back. NO RESPONSE

Update, As of April 15 customer service has not replied to my email with pictures of their mistake.
Instead, via email, they closed the claim and said I will need to file a new claim.

If you are thinking of ordering from this outfit I suggest
calling their customer service with a mock complaint
and see if you can find someone to talk too.

Utter chaos and frustration

Told our furniture would arrive on Feb 9, ordered it Jan 22. It did not arrive. Had to follow up. Told delays due to moving manufacturing warehouse to Georgia. Fine. Willing to be patient. Followed up. More delay. Followed up and told it was in quality control. Expect delivery in a week. Never arrived. More delays. More phone calls. Another chat and told it was in quality control. What? They could never track the order directly with production. Furniture arrived April 4. Partial delivery. Couch was missing support leg. Second delivery arrived next day. Missing chair cushions and still no couch support leg. We were asked to take photos of everything we received! What? They don’t even know what they sent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this train wreck of a company. Utter chaos and frustration. DON’T DO IT.

Don’t trust this company

Update to review: PatioHQ did finally respond and explained that high demand had delayed the delivery. However they they expedited the shipment via FedEx and it arrived only 4 days past the original date. The cushions are oh good quality and met my expectations. All things considered, I would order again.

I placed an order and then 48 hours later tried to cancel it. I received a call and was told that the order had already been produced and that it couldn’t be canceled. I accepted that and asked if I would then be receiving shipping information the following day and was told that I would. Well, two weeks have now passed, and the status of the order shows that it is still in production. When I call and chat, they continue to give me false information. I would not recommend.

I purchased round pillows to sit on top of stools. The zipper goes halfway around the circumference. No matter how I placed the pillow I cannot hide the zipper or the label. Additionally the insert does not completely fill the casing so the sides are wrinkled. This is not a great look.

I placed a fairly large order (9 cushions). The package arrived quickly, which was great but when I opened it, only 2 cushions were included.

Important tip: I highly recommend recording yourself opening the package and taking photos of all shipping labels. I had to go through this process multiple times (three, to be exact) to resolve missing items and receive the rest of my order. To their credit, customer service was responsive and did ultimately make things right, but the process took time and required patience.

I also suggest ordering a fabric swatch first. The cushions I received appeared to be a shade or two different from an actual Sunbrella swatch I had previously ordered from Sunbrella so the color wasn’t exactly what I expected. They say they use Sunbrella fabric but I’m thinking they don’t.

If I were to order again, I would place smaller orders instead of one large one to avoid potential issues.

The cushions are great and made to…

The cushions are great and made to exact measurements. I would have given 5 stars however I ordered 2 cushions and only received one. Everyone makes mistakes but in telling them I did not receive all of my order I had to provide everything but a blood sample to prove it to them. I understand that people are shady and may try get one over on people but that's not me I had to provide several picture of the original order I received, the package when it was delivered (thanks to Fed Ex I had access to those), and the tags of the cover that they sent without the insert cushion, then I had to contact them again after sending everything because I still did not hear from them on whether or not they were going to make things right. In the end they finally did sent the insert cushion and they were perfect exactly what we were needing. Despite this hiccup I will be ordering from them again.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Customer service is horrible. Website is misleading. Pillow sizes do not match and look like a 3-year-old sewed them. Website dimensions are misleading and even when I sent them their own diagram of measurements they sent to me, they refused to correct the pillow sizes. After I disputed the charge with my cc company and left a one star review they agreed to make it right, and pillow sizes are still several inches off.

The back cushion inserts are intentionally fluffier to provide better comfort and support, which may be why the size initially seemed different.
