Only used a couple of times but they do seem to be a pleasant honest company, netting was a good price as were the seeds and all delivered in good time. So far the seeds I have sowed all have a good germination rate, will use again.

If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have ordered from this company, however I did order 3 fruit trees and I have to say the service and the goods were very good.

Was suspicious at first with so many scam companies about so tried with a small order at first back in June 2023, surprised how quick it came and the goods were decent, I've used 13 times since then only 1 problem with a missing item which they refunded the payment without question. I will continue to use Temu as I have every confidence in them, and would suggest to the people who leave bad reviews if they want top quality they have to pay a lot more, some of the D.I.Y. items I have bought are every bit as good as big named brands and in some cases even better.

A friend told me about this supplier so I thought I'd give them a try, even though I ordered all my seeds for this year at the end of last year from other suppliers. On a very small order I found everything at a good price for sensible quantities, the delivery came within the stated time frame, I will definately be using again.
UPDATE: Ordered 2 types of chilli seeds, 8 x Chilli - Habanero Lemon and 8 x Chilli - Habanero Chocolate, both came in good time, very good price and 100% germination, can't ask for more than that.

Not used any yet but I trust this company and know they only supply quality products and deliver in good time.

I've had quite a few seeds from this company over the last couple of years, they've always been a bit hit an miss but no one expects 100% germination so didn't bother much as they are so cheap. I did contact them on one occasion but never got a reply, I bought quite a few seeds towards the end of last year for sowing this year on allotment, the first one I sowed this year were mammoth onion seeds out of 100 none germinated at the same time I sowed 20 Kelsae from a different supplier all of which germinated so I have to say the seeds were not viable. As I cant now trust any seeds from seed parade I will scrap the lot and buy elsewhere. The morral has to be You get what you pay for.

First time used, ordered and paid online, collected next day, very easy transaction will use again.

I have never had a bad product from this company, always arrives quickly and well packed, I have no hesitation in recommending Elixir Garden Supplies.

I tried this supplier this year for seed potatoes and some veg seeds, All seem to be growing well with a good germination rate. My one complaint is the Sungold tomato seeds had only 4 seeds instead of the 15 advertised I accept that this is a genuine error, but the annoying thing is not getting any response to my Emails reporting this.

I was stupid enough to use these people again after my last awful experience, I ordered a Dremel on line after checking delivery was available in my area 30.3.21, I got the acknowledgement and order reference, followed by another Email quoting estimated delivery date. About an hour later I got another Email saying they had cancelled the order and the payment would be refunded, I checked the bank and no payment had been taken so thought that would be the end of it, 2 days later, the payment was taken from my bank. I can accept they may have problems being out of stock, although they did not give a reason for cancelling the order, but I would have thought there would be no need to take payment in order to have to refund it later. This time I have definitely learned my lesson.
