I sent for the battery pressure washer sometime ago, i have used it on several time and found it to be USELESS, very poor pressure, ALSO I HAVE ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE MAILING LIST ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, BUT STILL THEY SEND ME THEIR BOOKLETS, THIS IS CAUSING US UNWANTED DISTRESS AND FEEL IT IS HARRASSMENT, are they so desperate for custom, we are NOT happy

I'm seventy and no longer have severe arthritis and more because of success of helix forte. I was pestered by wellform as I thought by letters showing an X-ray of knee before and a after treatment. Finally I reached the conclusion that as there are laws in this country about what you can publish this cure must be real for some people. I tried it and at seventy am nearly free of arthritis. Again while under treatment I received details of cannaphytol. In my paranoid way I thought this 🌅 ght be a reference to teenage drug taking. But gradually I thought abuse of cannabis then might have brought on my schizophrenia at university. Or is there some causal link in the body between needing cannabis and developing mental illness. A GP I saw expressed surprise that cannaphytol is available in pill form and not of prescription. I find along with all the medications I have tried with wellform a calm and improvement daily as I choose to try to get well and overcome symptoms that distress me. Never in five years of trying a range of wellform medications have I had experienced any negative side effects as I have experienced from NHS medications.The best for me has been Coloneeze. I take a teaspoon of the powder daily in cold water and after fifty years on psychiatric medication and diarrhea and constipation in sequence I now find Pooh is coming willingly in the right form day by day getting back to the distant memory of youth. In the last five years I have had three admissions to hospital and frequent changes in serious medications. My memory was shot to pieces by this. I find the money to buy wellform medication Lucy memory power when I can. The subtle effect and influence has allowed me to.build up again a personal record of my sometime confusing and difficult treatments by NHS doctors in particular nurses are more straightforward! Wellform also sell things like arthrogloves £14.99 which alleviate pain and which will correct the bones in my hands. I remember the pain I had on onset of arthritis. Wellform has available curcuma a concentrated tumeric medication is available that they note is useful with digestion problems. Don't be fooled it can really help with pain first and foremost. I have found my way through page after page of wellform and tried what I thought might help without a doctor writing a prescription for me. I have learnt to think what I need for myself from what is presented in writing and from my own experience. It has been a very empowering journey.

I purchased climbing strawberry plants. I received 4
instead of 5 plants. a 14 day guarantee was given. So I wrote explaining this and would plant the ones I had
not knowing how they would grow.
A year plus later I have 2 surviving plants which are NOT climbing. Emailed before the 14 day period was up and again now with photos. They are not interested as 14 day guarantee was given. Pure rip off. Would certainly not recommend Wellform Direct

High five did not work for me in any way. I bought 2 months supply and nothing happened. Very very misleading.

ordered pressure hose 5th april and not received item. no updates and having read the reviews I can see this is not a company anyone should be handing money to. shame on the national newspaper that is advertising this company.

I bought a Biomedical bracelet for £24.99 and 2 pairs of Comfy toe socks for £19.99.
Tried the bracelet for 6 weeks but what they claim is not true. It is large and pinches your skin and certainly does not ease pain and all the other things they claim.
The socks are useless too.
I have tried to exchange the bracelet and the 2nd pair of socks in original package , but was told you only get 14 days for exchanges.
A total waste of monies and I would never buy anything from this company again .
My opinion is they are not trustworthy.

If I could post zero I would, placed an order for 2 hoses, before reading reviews, my first mistake !!.Call advisor Indian , he kept asking me for a code, no code shown on advert in Daily Mail, three times I repeated NO CODE, he then tried to sell me add ons included supplements. Placed order .13p per minute Premium call, quoted me 2-5 days, chased over a week later to be advised no stock, but due on April 16th email today advising May 7th order cancelled, AVOID THESE FOOLS AT ALL COSTS, A BUNCH OF AMATEURS

Customer Service Phone lines say offices are closed 30 minutes after their website claim offices hours are 8.00am opening , emails not being responded to. Goods not received. Options are expensive premium lines and no guarantee that callers won't be placed on call queuing and rack up big bills listening to music. And the item ordered, advertised in a large national paper, still not received. Outlook not looking good.

I bought a battery operated shaver which was advertised in a national newspaper but wasn't fit for purpose, I contacted them to get a returns number and was told because I had tested the item I was not allowed a refund. I tried to explain that without me trying the item out I would never have discovered that it was actually a waste of money.
They refused to give me a returns number so I am now stuck with an item that is useless.
Looking at the number of negative reviews how are a company like this allowed to carry on trading?

I tried to buy some gloves online but it didn't allow me forcing me into a premium no.The online said free delivery if you buy 3 pairs again not allowed so rang them and ended up paying delivery.Then 1 month later tried to take 18.50 out of my bank do not buy anything from these people.

We bought 2 sets of trees in March 2024 from Wellform, we put them, in water overnight and planted them as per instructions.
We noticed that they weren't growing from the main stems as on 5 out of the 6 trees the stem was already cut, so we contacted the company.
Although they weren't able to give advise on the trees it was suggested that we just prune the trees and see how they grow over the summer. We did this and there was some growth on side shoots, but no more on the main stem. We contacted the company again and they gave a full refund. All we had to do was send an email and some photos and the refund was done in a few days.
I can't complain about the customer service, both by phone and email they were a great help to us.

All trees dead absolutely disgusting don’t order from this company

I ordered 3 small fruit trees advertised in a reputable garden magazine. They arrived so all good. A month later this company has created a regular transaction from my account without my knowledge. Fortunately my bank is aware of this scam and stopped these payments. Beware

Unlike several other customers, I am satisfied with the supply of three column fruit trees by this company. They looked a bit sad on arrival, but having potted them in good compost in large pots they are all doing well and sprouting leaves. Don’t expect much fruit this year, but they look promising for the future. A little surprised that they were originally grown in Slovakia!

My elderly stepdad ordered me 2 x 3 fruit trees they are an absolute joke they arrived looking very dead but as instructed i planted them to see if they would do anything but an absolute waste of his money as they are doing nothing and no way to complain or getting a refund as the customer service is useless if it actually does exist !!!!

Thank goodness I read the reviews on this company who cannot spell the area they operate from,never heard of Sittingbourm before.

Absolutely rubbish, the pictures on their website showing patio fruit trees laden with fruit, this is false advertising, no way on earth would you get fruit like this from these trees, your lucky if you get any at all, needs reporting to asa.

Sent mens double shock foot beds instead of ladies told to give them to my husband would not refund postage or return postage

If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have ordered from this company, however I did order 3 fruit trees and I have to say the service and the goods were very good.
