I should have known better

I was stupid enough to use these people again after my last awful experience, I ordered a Dremel on line after checking delivery was available in my area 30.3.21, I got the acknowledgement and order reference, followed by another Email quoting estimated delivery date. About an hour later I got another Email saying they had cancelled the order and the payment would be refunded, I checked the bank and no payment had been taken so thought that would be the end of it, 2 days later, the payment was taken from my bank. I can accept they may have problems being out of stock, although they did not give a reason for cancelling the order, but I would have thought there would be no need to take payment in order to have to refund it later. This time I have definitely learned my lesson.
