Great care is taken in the selection, production, testing and inspection of all our products and we are sure that you will be pleased with the results. We are happy to guarantee that all our seeds will have higher germination levels than those required by legislation and that our plants and other products will arrive in good condition.
Should any of your seed fail to germinate, we will happily provide a replacement packet. If your plants or sundries arrive in poor condition, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement (if possible) or a full refund. In some instances we may ask for photos of damaged plants or products. We regret that we cannot replace or refund products affected by adverse weather conditions, pests or diseases. Statutory rights unaffected.

I bought before, it is always great.
This delivery, you said it's coming in 7-14 days but it arrived in 3 days... i was planning to plant them in about a month now I hope they don't sprout now in the box because i don't have a cool place to store them. I definitely appreciate the early delivery, i'm not complaining :) ten out of ten, would buy again

Sadly reduced service
In my opinion the withdrawal of printed catalogues was a grave mistake and as far as I could tell the range was significantly reduced. However the delivery and price was fine.
