Fantastic
Fantastic delivery, fantastic easy use of the website, easy to navigate, understand and place an order on.
Only thing I was confused about is it said it accepted Apple Pay.. but at check out no option, just enter card details. This was only a issue as I was cuddling the puppy at the time and had to disturb him.. 🫣 😊
I paid express and it was just that posted literally next morning and with me the following. Gem of a find and I’m so pleased I did find you! Thank you!

Poor poor service
Poor poor service. I set up a subscription for care free delivery. It is now over 7 days late and dispute numerous emails to the company I am yet to get a reply. Had to source food from alternative company as my poor day had no food. Do yourself a favour and find a different company. I have started a complaint with my bank to retrieve my money

As per our last correspondence to you 1 working day ago in response to your initial enquiry about our email notifying you of a delay within the carrier's network:
Sometimes carriers experience minor delays within their network due to to unforeseen issues so we are just keeping you in the loop.
In this case, it would appear that the heatwave had caused issues and affected several customers in your area.
We have made them aware that your parcel has been affected and that you would like it as soon as possible.

Too SLOW compared to a fast world
Food takes far too long to be delivered. 3rd day waiting for my dog food and still it shows at the depot nowhere near my home! … snails pace compared to Amazon or EBay.

Love, love, love my Simon Clark box canvases!
I hadn’t heard of this company before but was looking for home decor incorporating my love of dogs and the beach!
Purchased two beautiful canvases by Simon Clarke which arrived quickly and very well packaged. Can’t wait to finish decorating and see them on the wall!
I would order more from Paws in Padstow but heartbreakingly we recently lost our beloved rescue dog Toby, so no longer need any dog related supplies.

Love the Dickie bag for carrying poo when no bins. I tell everyone I meet to get one. It would hopefully end poo left on bushes and on the ground if every dog owner by law had to have one.

Been into the store before and the staff are nice and helpful but I would not recommend purchasing from them! They sell expensive products that fall apart and they take no responsibility for.

Very disappointed with Barbour leather…
Very disappointed with Barbour leather collar x 2. The D ring rotates in the collar which puts pressure on the weld of the D ring
The collar also stretches excessively when wet and the quality of the leather is poor. We are now looking for two new ones and we have had these less than a week.
